I have never been inside an Aroma Joe's I only ever use the drive thru. Employees are typically friendly and efficient. I love the lattes, and my dog loves the treats she gets when we go thru the line.

It's a New Hampshire institution that I always make a stop at whenever I'm here. I originally discovered the place on a whim because I have a friend back in Cleveland named Joe and I wanted to spam him with pictures of the cups, but the place was actually good so I just keep stopping here every time I'm in the area.

I understand it's hard to find staff, but I think you can do better than condescending kids. I have never been been in before and I will never go back.

Sometimes this location can be a little hit or miss. Strength of brew, flavoring ratio etc. Great job today. Still love the coffee. The one on 27 in west Exeter is consistent as is the one in Hampton on 1. Great franchise overall. They know how to hire friendly people as well .

Drive thru had good service. Just don't run over any women coming out of yoga class. A woman gave me a wave and friendly smile for slowing down and stopping. Coffee ☕ was ok but the honey 🍯 glazed doughnut 🍩 I thought was a little bland. Update: Sunday morning 🌅, April 2022; Went inside. Plenty of seating. Chocolate glazed 🍩 doughnut wasn't bad. WiFi available.

Went through on 12/31 and had wonderful customer service! They were super friendly and helpful with my purchase. I ended up buying two of the snowflake tumblers which I had been looking for for a long time. Fantastic customer service! :)

Hello there. My name is Martin Quigley, and I am a new convert from the Evil Starbucks to the Coffee Oasis more commonly known as Aroma Joe's. Specifically, I am writing about Store #58 (I think that's right), which is located on Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter, NH. Where do I start? Well, it's rather simple. I am an executive remote worker (and was so well before the pandemic), so I have two things as part of my workday: work and coffee. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for two decades; sometimes traveling far distances for a single cup of hot, black heaven (even doing so internationally - which I know is in and of itself insane given European vs American coffee). However, despite the new Starbuck's location opening nearby (not a mile farther down the road from the Exeter Aroma Joe's), that historically hot, black, heavenly cup of coffee from Starbucks has become a hot mess from hell. Expensive, inconsistent, burnt. The list goes on and on.... and it is not like I did not try to give Starbucks feedback; in addition to many many months of my continued patronage to give Starbucks a chance to sort out their issues (I'm what the industry refers to as a "sticky customer"). I mean, how can the exact same flavor of coffee taste different from one day to the next? And if you only have work and coffee, and we all know that work can be a bore, then all you are left with is coffee. So there have been some very dark months in my recent past. Now enter Aroma Joe's. The owner of the salon next door, Wild Salon, Becca, a family friend, told me that I should try Aroma Joe's and stop ranting about Starbucks. So, simply put, I did. Becca's stock skyrocketed in my mind as a result, as did her tips, because that one small piece of advice changed my life forever. Thanks to your wonderful coffee, but more importantly the consistently friendly and smiling faces at Aroma Joe's, my life has changed dramatically for the good. The heavens have opened up and shown me the way to true caffein
