Great little coffee joint to stop by before work.
My friend ordered an iced chai latte here yesterday afternoon, and they put a shot of espresso in it. She does not like caffeinated drinks so avoids any type of coffee, hence the chai latte. When she asked the barista about it, the barista told her that yes chai lattes have a shot of espresso in it, brushed her aside, and did not offer to remake the drink. A chai latte with a shot of espresso is a DIRTY chai. Usually they’re really good here but this is unacceptable and some people medically cannot have much caffeine, so giving someone an espressos shot of caffeine without it being ordered could be dangerous.

The girl working this morning at 6:30 on Sunday, July 10 was very sweet top-notch customer service exceeded expectations was absolutely wonderful she give her a raise.

Consistently great drinks and staff at this conveniently located Aroma Joes. The staff are always happy to suggest new drinks - and they are always excellent.

The girl named Sashko is the only reason I am willing to travel all the way to epsom to get aromas. She is fast, personable, and brightens my day when I come through the drive through! She is professional, accurate, and truly makes the Aroma experience.
We always have amazing service here. The owners are always very friendly as well as all staff. Highly recommend!

Not bad, except for the long wait and dealing with that bald guy, I was actually warned about him before I went there for the first time. He wasn’t all that cranky the first time but he sure was yesterday! 😆

Management/owners care about their business. Very helpful if there is ever a problem!
