The cold brew here is great. The cinnamon sugar cronut is really good as well.

Flight Coffee Company is one of my go to places when I need to unwind with exceptional coffee and amazing food. Staff are super cool, friendly, and genuine, and there is a sense of happy, positive vibes here where everyone is truly welcome. Their cronuts are the best I have had anywhere from here to South Florida. Never had anything here that was anything less than amazing. The atmosphere is very chill without any pretense. Highly recommended at any time they are open. They are just a little pricey, but worth every last cent...

Sometimes you need a cronut with a locally roasted coffee. Small bakery and coffee shop, good for grabbing on the go or maybe pull up a chair and stay a while. Coffee is roasted on site and you can buy some by the pound.

Had the best salted caramel latte with oat milk. Always yummy food and always great service. Best atmosphere and people.

Couldn’t taste the coffee in my latte, just tasted like warm milk. Very disappointing for a $6 cup

My hot chai was great. My chocolate biscotti not what i expected....it was huge but very dry n not flavorful. I just expected a better tasting chocolate biscotti. I felt like it was old. My grandson's brownie was good. Rather expensive.

We got the strawberry kiwi croughnut, pigs in space wrap, a hazelnut latte and a seasonal juniper. All of the food and drinks were amazing. The Staff was friendly and super helpful. Drinks came out quickly and the wrap was made to order. The artwork is creative and fitting for the space. 10/10 recommend!

Pleasant service, decent food, and so-so pricing. I went in a little before 8am (rush hour for a coffee shop), and the staff were all hands on deck. They were all doing something and none seemed to have an attitude about it. Unlike most places right now, they seemed relatively well-staffed which I presume probably helps staff morale. The cinnamon sugar cronut I had was delicious! It tasted very much like fried dough you’d get at a state fair. The bagel I had was also very good (from what I could eat of it), but a pain to eat as it had a significant amount of parchment or wax paper stuck to the bottom. I presume they are set or cooked on the paper and peeled off, but it looks like this bagel took a lot of paper with it when peeled (see photo). It was VERY stuck onto the bagel, so I peeled off what I could and ended up eating around the rest. It was a definitely a New York style bagel, and a fairly good one for NH at that. The prices for the coffee, toasts, and cronuts were a little steep, but the bagel and breakfast sandwiches seemed very reasonable. I know they are ‘on par’ price-wise with other specialty coffee shops, so I can’t really complain. But it makes it difficult to make this place anything more than a special treat stop. I work 2 minutes down the road, but i unfortunately just can’t see myself becoming a regular here due to the pricing.

The pastries are great, but this isn't a good place for lunch. Service was phenomenal with friendly staff who act fast and keep everything moving. Atmosphere was chill and modern without feeling cold or fake. Go get a cronut!

One of the best cafés to go for coffee and pastries. Their donuts are incredible. Better than Krispy Kreme's and a lot of other bakeries I've tried. Highly recommend stopping by!

Good coffee, prices are higher than photos shown here and no menu on website. Nice staff, loud and chaotic on Sunday morning. Hardly enough seating.

Great design/aesthetic, but the cool lights are covered in dust….hanging over the prep area. Great, friendly staff, but they aren’t writing things down, and give the wrong drinks to the wrong people. Also, if two people at the counter are gushing over how many gluten free items you have available……..don’t hand them a regular donut in a box…..common sense, right? I dunno, feels like this place should be a little better put together. But you can tell they’re trying, hence the 3 stars

Great selection of drinks, not just coffee. Kitchen closes at 2 so prepare for that. Great addition of small eateries needed in this section of Bedford.

Great specialty drinks (coffee, tea, cider in the fall) and a small selection of sandwiches. Great selection of baked goods (brownies, cookies, cronuts).

The coffee was great I and loved the cronut. There was a little bit of a line but worth the wait.
