Was in town visiting for the day, and Larry made my morning perfect. Had a great chat got to experience the atmosphere and he made me a really good iced coffee. Hello from Salem my friend! I'll be back to visit again!
I recently visited Larrys Gourmet Coffe House and I was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the barista. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. But the real star of the show was the coffee itself. I ordered a latte and it was hands-down the best I've ever had. The espresso was perfectly extracted, resulting in a rich, smooth flavor that was perfectly balanced with the steamed milk. Overall, I highly recommend Larrys to anyone who loves great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. This place truly deserves 5 stars!

Larry is a coffee God! You HAVE to try the biscotti as well! My only complaint is I didn't buy more for later 😅 Pumpkin Pecan biscotti was literally to die for. That's not even to bring up how kind and sweet Larry is! I'd come here daily for coffee if I lived in Carson City instead of Sacramento. Highly recommended 👌
You need to stop here! Great!! Coffee and more. Such a step back in time. Small store with a lot to offer. 1st time I found this hole in the wall is I needed to get some gas. I heard someone talking about how great tasting drinks. Finished fueling up and went over to check it out. I myself love coffee. I have my own supplies on making a good cup. Next time your driving from Carson city to Fallon on Hwy 50, stop by and say hi. He loves to talk and so many things to look at. Hopefully I be going to stop soon. I just want to say No one paid me to write this review.

Larry is the best and his new location is just as great as his original one in Dayton. Simply the best cup of coffee anywhere.
I usually don’t drink mochas but my daughter ordered an iced mocha and it was so good I had to get one of my own. It was the best one I’ve ever had! The decorations and atmosphere are great, and I loved that everything is as authentic to the early days as possible.
Larry’s is a breath of fresh air in a place you least expect! We were traveling across country and stumbled across this gem… Larry and the staff were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and sweet. The coffee is incredible, daresay the best I’ve had outside of Seattle! Also, the chocolate covered espresso beans are something I’ve dreamed about since leaving. They are worth every mile you have to drive out of your way for!
Truly my favorite coffee place, I wish it was a little closer to home! Larry is knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and made getting coffee an experience. He also uses top notch ingredients and was able to make me a healthier, amazing iced coffee. I couldn’t recommend this place more and this will be a huge reason I return to Virginia City in the future! You’ll also be very impressed by his mustache and beard hahaha
