Reno airport. NO DECAF AVAILABLE. EVER. CAME THRU HERE 4x SINCE JAN. NEVER DECAF AT ANY LOCATION. WHY DO YOU CALL THIS A COFFEE COMPANY???
Food was alright we ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich nothing on the menu comes with fries 🤦🏻♀️ prices was a little high
Bad attitude! Asked several times for quaf but didn't get it.asked about it after but didn't offer to fix it or say sorry, just shook her head irritated ! Asked for small and again attitude saying no only medium Asked for extra Carmel but no again. Not busy ,I was only customer. I quess customer service doesn't matter at the airport !!!!!!
If you’re looking for a $19 breakfast burrito this is the chance to also help feed a hungry CEO and his family. I’m not making that up… a $19 burrito from a Peet’s Coffee. This is price gouging as a case study.
Petra is so unbelievably rude. I’m currently standing outside the place writing this just bc my experience was so unpleasant I didn’t want to wait and forget. We ordered 2 lattes which she rolled her eyes and sighed too. I thought it was weird since it’s normal to order these types of drinks at a coffee shops. We were waiting about 6 minutes (only people here) which i don’t care about the wait but just drawing a picture. She then asked if we wanted them iced or not which i appreciate the double checking… we replied iced please and she again rolled her eyes. I asked for a receipt and she said the payment must have not went through so we paid and she pretty much through the receipt at us. I have been a server for 15 years and not really sure why she was so rude and the disconnect… Maybe she is just having a bad day but it was inappropriate. Oh, the vanilla lattes tasted like mop water. Until next time Petra!

I've stopped there twice and both times I stood there awhile getting no attention from the workers. I hate the place so much, but it's the only place at to get a Pepsi at the airport.
Gave the smallest orange cranberry scone which had only 2 rinses of orange and ended up being dry and tasteless. The latte was ok but coffee tasted a burnt. I rarely eat in airports and definitely not stopping by here again.
We stopped here to eat on a ride around Lake Tahoe. My brother was visiting from So. California and we stoped at Peet's and what a great atmosphere and fun place to eat. The Tri tip sandwich was very good.
They don't have a real espresso machine, it's one of those machines from a gas station. 🤔😔

Baristas were very understanding of my family being out of the state and suggested many of their favorite drinks/food items to order. Enjoyed some tea and will definitely come back when I have the chance to do so.
Fast and polite service. $3 for a medium black airport coffee..not bad
