This is such a cute place! And their coffee was amazing, just what we needed to start our day. We were visiting from out of state, and I love finding new places to try. The barista was great, very friendly, and did an excellent job with the coffee, even down to the art out of the foam on top! He was able to do a lovely leaf on mine, even though it was almond milk, and an adorable bear on my friend's! Highly recommend.
One of the best place for matcha
Great Coffee. Nice, clean cup. Ethiopia Hambela Alaka, Guatemala Bella Vista Pour Over + (bags).
The pour was alright, I enjoy this cup. Staff were nice, not the biggest fan of lighter roasts as I am a dark roast fanatic but all in all good experience. Great place to sit and get work done as well.
We stopped here driving through town. The single origin espresso, cold brew tonic, and pour over were all excellent.
The guy who looks like a handsome Weird Al should be in the barista hall of fame. Every coffee I get here wasn't made with love, but with care. I know that everyone who works here would rather make a new cup of coffee than dare to give someone anything but the best, and for that, this place will always get my business.
Best and most consistent coffee ever!
Oat milk cappuccino was spot on.
The decaf Mocha Drogata is well worth crossing the ice for. At least there’s a little grit on it, so the coefficient of friction is maybe 0.01.
good coffee but $1 for oatmilk is absurd reply is gaslighting me. one cup of whole milk is $4.41 per gallon (at the grocery store, not wholesale). so $0.28 for a cup. let's imagine my 12 oz latte contained 8 oz of oatmilk. okay then a half gallon of oatmilk is $5.29 per half gallon at the grocery store (again not wholesale, which would be cheaper), so $0.66 for 8 oz. this is only $0.38 more than whole milk, not $1.00. am i doing the math wrong?
Quite a lovely latte. Kind a friendly service. Just wish the menu was bigger/more clear or on the wall when you walk in. I was confused and didnt know what was special, beyond normal espresso drinks. First experience was great! Will be back.
5 stars in everything. Great spot!
Visited this spot back in 2019 and loved the aesthetic, came back and was not disappointed. Coffee was just as delicious as I remembered and the baristas were generous and engaging. If you like boogie coffee this place is worth a visit.
Overall, great place. They are bike friendly and they allow your road bike to be placed inside if you don’t feel comfortable leaving your very expensive bike outside. The coffee is always on point, and the pastries are always looking good.
Very nice cortado. Yummy pastries and waffle. Fast WiFi and super friendly staff (maybe a bit too chatty?). Great place!
This is my favorite espresso spot in all of Reno and I have been to all of them. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming and non-pretentious. If you like good music and a warm environment and the great smell of waffles you have to come into Old World coffee lab.
Tried a few drinks and liked them all, the staff was friendly and happy folks. Will definitely visit again.
I ordered a Vanilla Lavender Latte over 10 minutes ago paid in cash and gave a tip. Six people came in behind me…they have ALL been served and seem to be enjoying their coffees. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. Wondering why? The girl who took my order looked straight at me a couple of times. 🤔 I ’ll make sure to let others know how I was completely ignored/forgotten. If I could give negative stars I really would. I would rather be at one of the big corporations and be enjoying my coffee instead of here…trying to support local. I will find a better place to go. I did get a full refund including the tip…I guess there’s that.
Decent coffee, but... the guys were rude, sarcastic. When I asked for a menu, they picked up a board and set it down again. I confused this place a different coffee shop that has a better staff and I do regret that. Would have much rather spent my money elsewhere.
Chill place. Good coffee. Free WiFi 🤙🏼
