Always friendly staff
We are traveling and we ended up in Reno, there weren't many coffee places around here so we went to Mugshot Expresso. The lady here is very nice, and the coffee is DELICIOUS!!! 10/10 would recommend:)
The lady got when I pulled up at order 420 drinks and she made sure that mine was perfect and she was cheery the whole time she's such a good employee I would have been pulling my hair out good for her she deserves a raise
This is a cute drive thru hut. I ordered a chai latte with soy.....The woman working was professional and nice, I just did not enjoy the drink. Temperature was fine, just the taste was not giving chai latte with soy. UPDATE- The drive thru hut advised the brand of chai they use. That explains the taste. I will be back for another try!
Everything seemed fine at first. Then I reached the bottom of my coffee only to find a huge roach. 🤮🤮 I’m beyond disgusted, this has never and will never happen again. I wouldn’t return even if you paid me. Gross, Starbucks only for me thanks. Would definitely give 0 stars if I could.
The absolute Best!!! The owner is such a sweet soul. And she makes the best coffee....PERIOD! Hands down, my favorite, above Human Bean and Starsucks.

Best drinks in town! From coffee to rose lemonade this is my favorite spot, the Thai teas are just as good (if not better) than the ones I had in Thailand! Owner is so efficient and kind. Seasonal drinks hit the spot! Prices are superb for quality!
I was on the hunt for a Starbucks alternative, given how inconsistent they are, and Mugshots is definitely the winner! They are super friendly and helpful with recommendations. On my second try there, she remade my drink without hesitation because she said it just didn’t look right. I will definitely be back, and feel so much better supporting a small local business!
Yummy coffee!! Always like to support local and my friend recommended me this spot. SO many options and non-coffee options. My go to - horchata latte with an extra shot and oat milk. Yum!
The owner is very nice, the drinks are really 👍I have been getting my drinks everyday since Mugshots opened & I am always very happy with the consistent taste of the drinks. The service is fast & friendly.

Very sweet woman I ordered a iced caramel coffee with oat. I’ll and forgot to ask for it iced and she just made me an iced drink and gave me the hot coffee. Also the best iced coffee I’ve ever had.

What a gem of a drive through coffee shop! Always friendly and fast and have things I can't find elsewhere! Gingerbread and eggnog lattes? Yes please!

Nice local little drive through coffee shop. Don't make huge lines at those big name coffee shops. Support local businesses, while getting your morning fix.
The owner is an expert on coffee! She gets a really good bean and prepares it with great expertise. The coffee is never bitter and always delicious!
