Super cute coffee shop with plenty of parking but expensive, mediocre food that comes out really slowly. They offer a large selection of food and everything is awkwardly seasoned with thyme, rosemary or lavender/apricot and would be better off serving a narrow, classic selection of food rather than weird concoctions. Chicken pot pie tasted like thyme overkill, breakfast tacos had a pile of pickled onions on them and lavender apricot on a turkey sandwich?

I recently visited this local cafe and was blown away by the amazing croissants and coffee they serve! The croissants were perfectly flaky and buttery, and the coffee was rich and flavorful. Not only was the food and drink delicious, but the vibe of the cafe was also great. The decor was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast or brunch. Overall, I highly recommend this cafe to anyone in the area looking for a great coffee and pastry spot with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. 5 stars!

Eat here 6/26/2017 and still remember the taste of the Poblano pepper dish. Service was great and enjoyed the Voyager west coast IPA. Wife loved the James & The Giant Imperial Peach Wit

Found insect feces in my food, when I informed management they told me to "eat it and get over myself." Will never return extremely unpleasant experience.

bland flavorless breakfast croissant served luke warm. Partner asked for light ice in his drink, it was mostly ice. Nothing like paying $7 for a cup of ice. We've been coming here for years and quality has gone way down hill. Step your game up.

We love Homage! It is always such a treat to go there for brunch and take some of their baked goodies home! (All homemade with such skill.) It is absolutely one of the beat restaurants in Reno!!

This place has great coffee and pastries, but their service is all over the place. I’ve tried to eat here a couple times and each time the service has been significantly delayed or multiple parts of our order we’re missing. If you want to pick up - I’d highly recommend this place. If you want a sit down breakfast, don’t go here

Kinda snooty and costly for a regular coffee shop flavor. Plus no parking so you have to pay for street parking.

Bad attitude to tourists. Been here this morning with my mother a tourist from abroad. looked for a breakfast asked if there’s a bread with toppings, cashier kept saying there isn’t anything like it and offered a pastry instead. Eventually I notice that and asked a different cashier and got an avocado toast. We eat inside - no napkins or a tea spoon for the coffee. Felt this people didn’t like us been there. That food was OK. Doesn’t worth 53$. It might have been though with less tourist hate and some kindness vibes ;)

I got the croissant egg sandwich with a hot chocolate and blueberry pomegranate smoothie. Super delicious! Will definitely eat here again. My sister got a green tea, turkey romensco sandwich and tator tots. Tots, bread and ketchup all homemade. I tried the tots and ketchup were yummy.

Nice ambiance, and decent baked goods. (And a nice community gathering spot). I did find myself trying to convince the somewhat hostile Barista to make my simple drink the way I like it. And things like butter for a croissant are unavailable. The problem apparently is the computer must have the exact order and there is no deviation allowed. Good for a Wendy's or a McDonald's but not so much for a community focused business. The hidden service charge is really sneaky and dishonest too, (I wonder if the service charge goes to the employees, or into the owners pocket?). I did speak with the owner, she educated me on how I should have ordered my drink, (which is how I don't like it), and offered to refund the money for the drink I never got...If I am going to pay a premium to support a local business, I think a little flexibility in ordering is not too much to ask. Perhaps some consistent feedback will help Homage improve customer service.

Overall, the place is good but if you’re a roadie and you’re not comfortable leaving your bike outside, they will not allow you to have your bike in side to just to quickly pick something up. But coffee hub and old world coffee were more then happy to accommodate me though.

Best coffee in Reno! Gorgeous tree shaded patio out front. The staff were very helpful and the cafe was clean and approachable. One bite into the ginger molasses cookie changed my life!!! There is a perfect ring of crisp crust on the outer edge of the cookie. This cookie is huge and there is room to have the crispness co-mingle with the desirable chewiness of the center. Immediately, the spices make their presence known! Lingering in the background is almost a blood orange flavor that sets this cookie far apart from any other ginger molasses cookie. The cappuccino was perfect in every way! I will be stopping here every time I'm in town! I only wish I could get some of those cookies shipped to me!

Way too expensive for what you get. Coffee is good and the servers are awesome. They also couldn’t do avocado on toast.. pretty simple request.
