This :) a great ... new little coffee shop in the corner of Ryland & Wells Ave. Entrance is made from Ryland Ave at the end of the bldg. Hard right folks!.. to get to this peaceful enclave from the world. The Help is super nice, don't forget to TIP!!💖, open at 7am, pastries & light Lunches are served. Clean & relaxed atmosphere. And I'll be horns waggled!, they also serve, 'Cold Nitro Brew!!" I be back on that note!🌹

I really like this coffee. Not too bright and not too dark, not burnt at all. The croissants are “meh”, I don’t think I need to try them ever again, but I love the atmosphere, the employees are super sweet and on top of it, and the venue is clean and professional and stylish. Lots of space for chatting, doing computer work, having a casual meeting

You owe me a new shirt. Your business buys such awful quality cups that the paper disintegrates after 15 minutes and the cup starts leaking everywhere.

The atmosphere is great, and the service is good, but the food was just okay and not a lot of vegan or vegetarian choices.
Stunt led in this adorable coffee shop today. Great decor, music, service, coffee. It’s definitely 5 stars. But to make it even better I would say they could have more interesting products in their case. It was like peeking into an overpriced grocery store with the selection being more like a 7-11. I wished for this selection to be as inspired as their decor. But I’m being nit picky. I still got some oatmeal and the best latte I’ve had in a long time. :)
This place is so incredible! They have amazing coffee, the baristas are so accommodating and the coffee was DELICIOUS. I loved all the beautiful plants around, decorating the place. Can’t wait to come back!!

Edit- A year since my first visit - I live in Alaska, but I travel quite a bit, I happened to be in Reno, and instead of getting the free breakfast at the hotel, I wanted to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere and the first place that came to mind was handcrafted coffee. This place is still doing great. The coffee was hot, tasted great. The service was fast, when not busy, these ladies will bring your coffee to your table. I don't see this often, way to stand out in a good way. Chloe made my coffee, I recognized her as she's been working here for a while, she made my coffee the first time I've been here. In a day and age where people go job hopping and collecting unemployment checks, that's very respectable, that she's staying at one spot. I hope that she is compensated well, especially if she's training the new folks. The music at the shop was not disturbingly loud and was helpful in setting a great atmosphere. To all the people working here, thank you for keeping this place so clean and welcoming. Thank you for the VIP customer service treatment and thank you for putting your good energy into the coffee you make. As always, great coffee, great people, great place. I've been around the US stopping in at different places and it's sad to see some places aren't taken care of. Not so with Hand Craft Coffee! The place looks very clean and taken care of. It's tough to find people that do a good job. The employees here do a great job, in all aspects; the place is immaculately clean, tables not sticky, chairs not dusty, the environment is a friendly vibe with inviting atmosphere. -Dopio Tim This place is awesome. They were pretty slammed when we went but the staff was still really friendly and polite and answered questions we had despite being so busy. The coffees we had were great! Good flavor, good temp (didnt have to wait 10 mins to drink it like Starbucks) I definitely plan on going back and trying some of their food next time. Atmosphere was nice with a good amount of seating.
I’m newer to the area and I hadn’t heard of Hand Craft Coffee Company - luckily a friend asked me to meet her for coffee one morning last week. What a gem! The staff was friendly and helpful and they all had smiles on their faces. I ordered one of the latte specials and it was delicious! The place was clean and comfortable with a nice laid back vibe. Although I didn’t eat anything, I checked out the menu and saw others that ordered food. I will definitely be back for lunch.
