Main thing I noticed is people desperate for attention and they were lined up at least 15 deep to get it. Still yet to find any cup of liquid worth the wait as orhers have obviously found it here...?
I ordered a large sugar-free vanilla latte and my server advised me I could get $2 off so I took the $2 off and drove away with my coffee!
My first experience at this place. I guess my comparison to the other big box coffee shop was expecting close to the same menu, however it was completely different, the coffee served here in my opinion is way stronger than the other guys. I ordered an iced cold brew with sweet cream, but boy was it strong even when I asked for extra sweet cream it was still strong. Not sure if I would visit this place again, 🤔
If you're looking for a Candy coffee the coffee is great but this location has a serious drive thru problem
Very busy place located across from the Reno Convention Center. They have a drive up & walk up to take orders. It is a well organized system to move both the lines faster. Our drinks were delicious.
Drinks were great! Service was awesome
The lady with the hat in the drive thru was extremely rude. She belittled me on my drink and made me feel disrespected.
I first had dutch bros in Oregon " the big O" with my....yes! I still love him yes and so what! I loved it. Thank you enjoy!
I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible drive thru. It’s nearly impossible to get in the drive thru because of how small it is and they don’t let cars wait on the curb just outside anymore. You have to circle and hope another car doesn’t snag an open spot as you’re circling.
10 minutes behind 6 cars in the drive thru. Not bad! Keep up the good work. Been a Dutch Bros fan since 2003. Best coffee around!

Love this location. They have the best staff. They are always so quick and friendly. They never mess up an order.
Terrible drive up options. You have to do laps wasting gas just to get in line. And my order was incorrect. Go to the south end Dutch bro… way better service all around.

Whatever you do don’t go to this dutch Bros. They sent us driving in literal circles until the line shortened and this allowed multiple cars that came after us to hop in line before us.
Cost to much the lines are full all the time but it's gooddddd
Great service. Location is horrible. Only takes walk up orders if drive through is full
6 cars ahead of me and they took over a half hour. I won't go there again unless I know that I have the whole day to waste.
