Fantastic as usual. Fast as always.
I much prefer this Dutch Bros over the one by Atlantis but honestly customer service at both is so amazing, it's crazy how friendly the Staff is to you. I do think the coffee is better here than the other one lol but still I love Dutch bros.
This is why I have stopped going to the Starbucks on South McCarran. Those girls are just rude nasty and stupid lol but Dutch brothers coffee on South Virginia. Girls are so nice and laughing and happy to help and very conversationalists. Who doesn’t wanna go to a place? That’s wonderful when I can go to a place that’s absolutely ridiculous. Lol. Catch browse that’s better and the coffee is great too !!!

On point!! The service was amazing; super friendly, polite and fast. We did the walk up window do to the size of our vehicle, didn't have to wait at all. The music was enjoyable not blaring which was nice, you could actually have a decent conversation w\o shouting. Atmosphere was great, cheery an down to earth. Our drinks were so yummy & made to our liking which is heaven! Our drinks are pretty specific ( a blended white coffee cookie w\almond milk & soft top extra sweet, a blended Christmas morning w\1 shot of white coffee w\almond milk & a soft top, a blended white coffee dutch canyon w\almond milk & a soft top, a blended white coffee German chocolate mocha w\almond milk and a hot cinnamon spice tea made w\almond milk like a London fog w\o vanilla flavor with tea bags left in) so sometimes it's hard to find someone who knows how to make your drinks properly but you can tell these gals know what they are doing! We'll be stopping by again while we're in town!

Love the white chocolate Chai. I'm drinking diabetes but it's sooooo worth it. Really have to give it to the employees, always have a smile on their face and chatting up customers even though their outside freezing their butts off, getting us through the line. Great job

Great place to stop for a cold or hot beverage. The staff is always friendly and engaging. It was dumping rain but they had a staff member with a rain shield outside taking orders and she was extremely friendly and gave good recommendations.

Normally Dutch Brothers is great, but I don't know what's up with this location. 3 times they just forgot that I had ordered something and I had to reorder after waiting like 15 minutes. Several other times they just got the (single drink, not customized) order wrong. They're very friendly and apologetic, but that doesn't make up for the bad service.
Customer service has gone down. I went in on Tuesday and then this morning. I got a horrible latte with no flavor or coffee and this morning I expressed my concern to the barista. She seemed irritated and like she didn’t want to be there. The attitude I got was just not cool. I love Dutch bros but I’ll probably have to go to another location.

Love this place! Best one in town. Best staff. But the customers really need to pay attention to where the merging is. It's up by the dumpster! More cars will fit if ya'll pay attention!
They always get my order right and are very cheerful and personable a
