This place is fantastic. The food quality is always high and consistent. You can get almost anything you could want and the prices are excellent. This is my go to place to eat in Reno.
Extremely slow service when only 2 other tables were occupied. Food was great overall. Didn't get offered a refill until I was ready to leave.
New Big Green Omelette is very good! French toast was also better than average.
Bland, boring, and unseasoned food that reminds me of a hospital cafeteria from the 1980's. I ordered the pot roast. The vegetables were most likely from a bag of frozen mixed veg. Steamed enough to destroy any flavor. The mashed potatoes were mealy. The gravy for the pot roast was from a packet or can. And with all that, no salt in the food. None. I won't be coming back.
Have been here quite a few times and always had a good time. The food is well cooked and the service is nice. On top of that the prices are friendly compared to many other restaurants in other casinos. I have no complaints about this place.
Food was good for the price! But what made our visit special was our waiter. Robert was a great waiter. Very attentive and polite. Nice young man. Thanks Robert.

This place is always fun. We sit in the casino bar area since there are larger booths and set up like a sports bar with lots of TVs and quick service. The food is always great and cheaper than most area restaurants. The only drawback is that you're sitting next to smokers but the casino's air handlers are some of the best in Reno. We've been here at least 30 times and the service is always great. Highly recommend!
Just ate breakfast here this morning for the 10th time! This place has yet to disappoint! Food is amazing, service is friendly and attentive, prices are very reasonable! I recommend this spot if you're in the mood for breakfast!
Staff needs to be trained on what comes with a plate. Ordered a chicken fried steak to go, got home and found it had no gravy. Went back and showed it to the lady who packed it and she was confused about what my problem was when I showed it to her.
Decent food at great prices. Service can be a little slow at times but the food is a great value.
The DC help are very friendly and have plenty of smiles on their faces not very many choices for food to eat and food is probably mediocre
I just love the Tamarack’s DC cafe! The food is so delicious, reasonably priced & the staff is so friendly & helpful! I live in Las Vegas but visit my friends in RENO often so we visit the cafe often… much better than making breakfast or lunch at home!!! No wonder locals love it… if I lived in RENO, I’d never cook… I’d go to the Tamarack!!

Always good. We usually come just before the lunch crowd. Everything we've tried here is great, and it comes out fast.
