Food has always been amazing and fresh. The small bistro atmosphere is a welcome change. The best part is the desserts!!

Such a great place, prices are very reasonable. I loved the atmosphere. As a German I have to admit that the bread is excellent.

Delicious food in a lovely and friendly environment, what a find! The owner and his employee were so patient and kind with our starving and indecisive kids!

Wonderful bakery and sandwich shop. The Brie Sandwich is fantastic. The breakfast ham and egg croissants are even better. And, their coffees are a great match for their delicious sandwiches. Stop by for a snack or breakfast or lunch and don't forget to take a loaf of French bread or eclaire home with you.

I don't know why this place has such high reviews. Our experience did not match. We experienced a strip mall bakery with slow service, average food, and coffee products at a premium price. The workers seemed more focused on their bakery production than servicing customers at the counter. 4.2.23 In response to the owners reply. We were just sharing our experience. Obviously, this insulted you. Just because you "ship French ingredients to the middle of the desert " doesn’t mean you provide good customer service. Or put it all together. I can put a Big Mac on a fancy place and serve it to you with an attitude. But it's still a Big Mac. Expecting good customer service has nothing to do with "a luxurious life style ". Our server was too busy in the back and forgot he was making us cappuccinos. When he saw me standing by our table, he finally realized he wasn't done with our order. We didn't roll up in a limousine. We just came to your place hoping for a good experience and didn't get it. Now I'm changing my review to a one-star.

5 stars for excellent bread and croissants. minus 1 star as the beignets are just American donuts level. they need to be crispy outside and chewy inside and these are not. will come back again just for the breads.

I called in today 23March 2023 and was very happy fresh bread fresh coffee and fresh sandwiches. I had been in France last year and I have to say it was very nice in comparison. You can tell its fresh baked and I might just have to go there again during my stay in Pahrump.

What’s a French bakery doing in Pahrump? Regardless, it was very good.

Our family really enjoys O Happy Bread's products. I believe it's under new ownership and the quality remains, especially our favorite croissants. Glad to have a terrific French bakery in the middle of the desert!

BEST CROISSANTS, bar none. This is coming from a fluffy fashion photographer that's shot for Jean Paul Gaultier in Paris and all over Europe. I also live in Houston, TX which arguably has some of the best restaurants and some pretty darn good bakeries. So happy we came across this place while traveling and visiting Death Valley. It's worth the stop or even detour. Oh yeah, Pricila was also super friendly and helpful.

They make the best chocolate cake in the world. You have to try it if you like chocolate. Everything is good but the chocolate cake is the BEST

I used to like going there. However, my last experience has made me think twice about returning. I ordered a simple sandwich and instead ended up with items I was charged for but did not ask for. My sandwich was also not the one I ordered. Finally I received another sandwich but also not what I ordered. Not once was I offered a refund or even an apology. A waste of money and a waste of time.
