My husband and I have been in incline for 3 years now and have tried all the food spots. We have only been here one time due to the nature of the restaurant: it heavily relies on tapas and is on the more expensive side but super delicious! Unfortunately I felt I had to order a lot in order to get full and the bill just kept adding up. That being said, I still give it 5 stars because the food was super delicious. It’s great for people with a small appetite or just want tapas.
Bite had an excellent dining experience. The restaurant had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and our server, Libby, truly made our night. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made some fantastic drink and food recommendations. The food was outstanding, with some stand-out dishes being the Brussels sprouts and chicken sliders. The jicama wraps were also tasty and refreshing, but the real star of the show was undoubtedly the Mac n cheese. It was without a doubt the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had. The combination of creamy cheese and crispy crust was perfect. The service was prompt and attentive, with our server checking in on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our experience. The drinks were also amazing and perfectly complemented the delicious food. Overall, it was a top-notch dining experience and I can't wait to go back again soon. If you're looking for a tapas restaurant with a great atmosphere, amazing food, and top-notch service, Bite is the place to go. I highly recommend it, especially if you get the chance to have Libby as your server.

Amazing food. Probably the best place to have a nice dinner in Tahoe. Lots of surprising ideas in their bites. We enjoyed it a lot ( 2 adults and 3 kids)
Bite is our favorite restaurant to visit in Tahoe. The quality of food, fantastic service and amazing creative cocktails always impress us.
There was a storm, stopped in and had great wine, fantastic food with great service ....need to support local restaurants.
The lobster and ahi sliders were such a disappointment. The lobster was dry, no flavor and you get a very small portion for $27. Definitely not worth that price tag. The scallops and ribs were good!
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent and I loved the "a la carte" menu. Be sure to get the house fries, the seasoning is so good, I'll be trying to recreate the spices.
Wow wow wow wow wow!!! How is this place not Michelin rated? The location and restaurant itself is nothing special but the food is to literally to die for! So unique and delicious. The chefs don’t venture to far from what you expect and yet surprise you with a delicious twist! My taste buds are in love😻 Compliments to the chef(s)! Michelin 3 stars!!

A bit on the pricey side, the food tastes great and the hostess is very helpful when we didn't have a reservation on a busy day.
We visited Bite for an evening meal and had a selection of tapas dishes. We had delicious food in a lovely setting with great service - we would 100% recommend.

Have dined here numerous times and they never disappoint! Service is always excellent and food indescribably delicious! A "must do" every time we're in Incline Village!
Pass on the ribs, French fries and crab rangoons and Mac and cheese. Everything we had other than those were pretty delicious, but it was a little rushed. Even after we asked the waitress to slow it down it was still too much we had to cancel some food orders. I would suggest spacing out your orders yourself instead of ordering all at once. We each ordered 3 items and it was way too much food.
I was very impressed with the food and service at Bite. Our group ordered the following dishes: -BBQ Ribs -Green Chile Mac n Cheese -Gnocchi -Fish Tacos -Chicken Sliders The prices were reasonable considering how nice the restaurant is. The atmosphere is very laid back and quiet, the service was really outstanding, and the food was great too. Based on our experience, I'd say this is one of the better restaurants in the area.
