If you like brussel sprouts, then you have to try their version. Best we ever had. So good. Everything else was delicious too. Their outside eating area was beautiful and the service was perfect. Highly recommend.

My family absolutely LOVES Maine Street Cafe! Chef Wence has a way with food that keeps you coming back for more, and the quality of the steak selection you get at Maine Street Cafe is unmatched in Fallon. Even the high-end steakhouse at the local casino can't compete. If you're looking for an amazing steak dinner with unmatched quality at a reasonable price, Maine Street Cafe is the place to go. If you don't believe me, try that high-end steakhouse, then go to Maine Street Cafe, I promise you will have a new favorite.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time and I have to say the aroma coming from the kitchen was wonderful. We stood at the bar for a couple minutes and were not greeted by anyone. We walked down a hallway and upstairs to find a dining room and a bus boy I asked if we needed to wait to be seated. He politely invited us to sit anywhere. He brought us some menus and water. That was the last we saw anyone. After watching the table next to us order drinks then wait 20 minutes for their drinks. We figured the waitress would at least acknowledge our presence, which she did not. So we left. We drove down the street to another restaurant where we were seated and had our food ordered in 90 seconds.

I had the pesto chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was way over cooked.
I don’t really leave online reviews however I experienced one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I order the steak and fries medium rare and it came cook well done. I hate sending food back so I did not say anything and ate my meal. It was good but not great and I was a little disappointed my steak come over cooked. A couple bites into my meal without me asking I was served a medium rare steak after the chief sent it out to me without questions or ask. They took the initiative! I will be back here! It was a much more enjoyable meal with the steak cooked medium rare, thank you.

We got take out from here and it wasn't nice at all the chips were stale and the ribs dried out and my wifes flatbread wasnt great either the chicken tasted like cheap frozen chicken

Definitely the best place to eat in Fallon. Maine Street cafe has raised the bar for the dining scene here. The food, servers, and atmosphere are all above par. My wife and I have eaten here many times and it is impressive every single time. Thank you to the staff for the hard work! Please keep up the great service!

So much better than I ever expected! The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The risotto was delicious.
The customer service is great. The Maryland Crabcakes are not Maryland Crabcakes, more like a hushpuppy....pure bread....no crab taste. The lettuce wrap appetizers are good. Get a bottle of the champagne cheaper than individual drinks.
Dinner for my wife's birthday. Everything was cooked to perfection.
wow. just wow. food & drinks were incredible. word of warning the portions are enormous but that’s a good thing. just wish i’d known before i decided to “try” so many things!! wait staff is sociable, and they have good attitudes. sit outside on the patio and enjoy :)
