Fantastic! Hannah was a dlight to chat with about her travels to South America while making me a wonderful, strong French pressed cup of coffee. The ambiance, little gifts & good coffee is a must visit while in Ely, Nevada. Thank you Ely for hosting your great coffee shop, Flower Basket

Peaceful, friendly, good latte, nice merchandise. We are traveling through, but if we lived here I'd be a regular. Oh, and they have cookies, muffins, ice cream, Italian sodas, and probably even more that I did not notice.

I had a terianium made by Patty, she did such a fantastic job! I highly recommend her! Just have patience. She has to order the plants from Salt Lake City and they are not always timely. I'm very happy with the job she did it was well worth the wait. I also love the blueberry/lavender iced tea you taste more of the blueberry but it's yummy!!

Had a terianium made, Patty did it for me. She is the one to see if if you want to have one done. Have patience when ordering. It takes a wee bit. They have a variety of containers. (Or did when I went) what takes time is getting the variety of plants. They have to order from SLC takes time, SLC doesn't always get them in. Then Patty will arrange it for you. 😃 Well worth the wait!! The store also has great iced teas, variety of coffees, hot, cold, and blended. They do have a drive-thru for the coffee shop business. The majority of the staff is very friendly, nice, provides excellent customer service.

Very disappointed with the service. Came in for a latte before hitting the road and waited 15 minutes before having to ask for a refund. Call in orders that were coming in after I placed my order were being pushed in front of my ticket. Thought this would be a great small business to support but not with the service I experienced.

Slowest place ever been to for getting coffee. Their drive way is basically a 4X4 trail sat 20 minutes stuck in line.

The place is lovely and fun to check out. The "brevé w/ extra foam" I ordered was an epic fail. See photo. No foam whatsoever...very strange! When its mixed in like that, I get a bad aftertaste all morning. I would have had them correct it, but they were completely slammed w/ customers, being the first day of school. I should have left it on the counter and walked away, maybe...

I liked the coffee. A bit disappointed I had put aside something and was waiting for the plants to come in, made an appointment. I show up and the woman I made the appointment with was not there. I was sad. The other young ladies tried to help me but didn't know enough to answer my questions. So I left without it. I have not heard anything from them since. I guess they don't need my business.

This is a really cute place with a lot of flowers and fun trinket-y things. We were just there for our lattes, though. An older lady took our order and was competent but not overly attentive or friendly; more interested in chatting with the two teenagers that were also working there. Our two 24-ounce, 4-shot vanilla lattes (with tip) were about $20, so a bit pricey. And the flavor was just mediocre. There aren’t a lot of options in Ely, so we were happy to get what we could, but probably wouldn’t go back for coffee if we lived in the area.

First experience ordering a 24oz French press coffee. Delicious! Beautiful cactus arrangements, unique jewelry and gift selection. The girls behind the counter were friendly and helpful, and Patty even gave us a personalized tour of the flower shop; altogether a great visit!
