If you want a nice relaxing beach vibe for breakfast, this is your spot. The food here is amazing and the staff is always friendly. There are lots of little antique shops and bars all within walking distance, and you're only a 10 minute drive to the lake.
Great iconic spot in Boulder City, Nevada. I would have taken pictures, but the food was way too good, and I was way too hungry and forgot.

My boyfriend and I love, love, LOOOOVE this place!!!! We’ve been coming here for years and the customer service and food is absolutely wonderful!!! Jade is always wonderful at greeting us when we arrive and before we leave and she’s one example of the great energy and service that I appreciate so much at the Coffee Cup!!! ✨☕️😋
After 7+ years of living in Las Vegas, my family and I finally decided to do the Dam Tour (Hoover Dam); however, prior to visiting the Dam, we wanted to stop and have brunch somewhere to make it a somewhat all-day affair. We did a little bit of research to see what restaurants were in the area, to include watching some YouTube videos from different sources/content creators and came across one video (Breakfast in Boulder City - the Coffee Cup Cafe by Dale McKenzie). When we arrived, the hostess informed us that it was ~45 min wait. Luckily for us, there was a car show going on so we got to kill some time walking through that event. One thing I noticed is that a lot of people had a Bloody Mary in hand - although I didn't get to try it, it appeared that everyone was enjoying it. When we finally sat down, we ordered the Pork Chili Verde Omelette, Carne Asada Omelette, Classic Breakfast Burrito, Pancakes, Coffee, and Chocolate Milk Shake. Needless to say, the food was magnificent! Aside from what matters the most (the food quality), there are several other things that make this restaurant outstanding...first, the service - the food came out so quickly (shocking considering how busy they were). Also, the staff were so damn friendly and efficient...from the hostess to the servers...I was definitely appalled with the service. I wish I could mention them by name on this review, but I didn't catch their names (basically whoever was on shift during brunch time on 6 May 2023). Next, I enjoyed how the owners support the military by offering discounts to active duty, retired/veterans. One, neutral comment/recommendation for the owners...if feasible, please look into expanding the restaurant size, whether at the same location or find another location that has a bigger land size. This place is so remarkable that I'd love to see it bigger to accommodate more people at one time - to include having a bigger bathroom. Heading to Hoover Dam? Take a break from Overpriced Vegas breakfasts and stop here. Classic diner feel with fast and friendly service. The food was incredible! Pork chili Verde was melt in your mouth good! The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because the coffee is not good. Would still highly recommend.
We've never been to Boulder City before but were in town for a few days. We googled places for breakfast and stumbled upon Coffee Cup Cafe and I'M SO GLAD WE DID! Food was great, service was wonderful, and portions were perfect. The hours and prices were fabulous too! Do yourself a favor and stop in, when you're in town. Very lovely place!
I took my mother here, it was the first time for both of us. It was amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this world-famous Coffee Cup. Love it and we will return with other family members soon.
Breakfast Cafe in Historic Boulder City. The food is excellent. Downtown shops are quaint and trendy. There are lots of things to see and eat for every taste. Must stop if meat Hoover Dam and Lake Mead.
A customer of mine said I had to check this place out. I went here for breakfast and had an omelette. It was yummy. The atmosphere was nice and the service was great. Great menu with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff. I decided to spend the night nearby so I revisited the following day for lunch. Everything felt great again and I decided on the Ruben sandwich. Yummy again. Great place, great food, great atmosphere.
Great place! A long line to get in, but it is worth the wait.!! Great service, food cam quickly, hot and good! The price was good, good value for the money.
What a gem of a place!!! No negatives other than the SECRET is out so its going to be busy often. Young vibrant help! Locals like the gent next to me brave the crowds for a taste of this fun place
Everything about this place is perfect. I go there every other week with my girlfriend and every time we find something new we love about it.
Service was a little slow. We had to wait a while after being seated to see a server. Door was amazing. Coffee was amazing. Everyone was friendly and treated us like family… well… better than family. You know how family can be sometimes. Overall, we loved it and will be back for seconds.
Great Atmosphere with amazing service!!! Food is to die for!!! Definitely a must do in Boulder.
Breakfast was great. Prices were amazing. We saw some sandwiches being brought out that looked thiccc, can't wait to come back and try one. Boulder city is very cool, I would highly recommend.
The chicken fried steak here is incredible. Lovely staff and cute atmosphere. Get here early (7am) if you want to avoid a long wait.
