Traveling from out of state and stopped by for some coffee. The coffee was pretty good, but doesn't have a strong enough coffee flavor: 4 stars. No napkins available to customers without asking an employee: -0.5 Ordered a coffee flight, which was a really cool menu item: +1.5 Coffee flight came on a board with no handles and the drinks are just too easy to spill when picking up the heavy board, which of course I did: -1 For $23, I would have assumed they would have offered to remake the one drink that did spill just to show good customer service, but that didn't happen: -1 Owner reads reviews and actively tries to make things right with the customer: +1 I would probably return again, but not for the coffee flight since it is too easy to spill.

I have been to Zen several times now (mostly this location) and I am shocked I haven't taken more photos...its probably because everything is so good I just consume so quickly. I highly recommend trying the Honey Bee Latte and this peach toast. Both are truly incredible. I love this place. It is always a happy vibe, has great food and you can earn points here (which I love). I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10

Amazing coffee flight as well as toast flights. Very well done and quite the taste. Laid back environment and cool to spend good time with family or friends. Quick service as well as courteous.

Coffee is amazing, atmosphere could be improved as currently feels a bit like a cafeteria, and whole place could use a good cleaning this lost a star (would be 5 for the coffee!)

Was visiting Omaha and this was the closest local shop so I stopped in....the place was hopping! The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. It was a little loud, no sound panels, but there were a lot of small groups. Seemed to be a place to gather rather than study. The staff was great! I got the honey bee...very good. If I could have stayed, the flight of coffee looked intriguing!

This is one of my favorite coffee spots in town!! I am obsessed with the coffee and toast flight concept, as I haven't seen this before. The everything avacado and blueberry goat cheese toast never let's me down. Furthermore, everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Highly suggest hitting this spot up if you are in the area.

Our first stop on a girls day out. We absolutely loved the coffee flights and avocado toast. All of the coffees we tried were fabulous. We made a reservation and had a table ready for us when we got there. Looking forward to going back and highly recommend checking this place out.

Lovely iced banana bread coffee and monster cookie. Loved the atmosphere, but had to get a move on. Hopefully in the future I can sit and relax.

I originally stopped in (Fall-time) because I was craving a chai latte and it was a convenient location. First thing I noticed was that there were plants everywhere! That aesthetic felt home-y and comfortable. I now swing by 1-4 times a week and have yet to see one of the staff in a less than cheerful mood. They are ALL friendly and welcoming. And they play around with latte art when I get my drink in a mug. I get whole milk in my lattes, but I noticed they also offer almond and oat (and maybe one other) as options if anyone is wondering. I have yet to try any of the food. There is even outdoor seating available on the north and west sides. The restrooms are single-use, with the only designation being "please wash your hands."

Zen is my absolute favorite coffeehouse in Omaha (especially Zen West). I go there so often, they know my name and my order. The baristas are absolutely stellar at what they do. My favorite drinks are the Pumpkin Patch Latte (a secret menu item) and the Tropical Paradise Lemonade. The best way to try a selection of their drinks is to get a flight. Love this place!

Not much flavor. My scone was done before my drink so was cold again by the time I got to it.

This place is incredible. Our coffee flight was amazing at a very reasonable price, all of them perfectly brewed and sweetened. The bagel I got was also amazing, perfectly sweet and spicy. The baristas were fantastic. Another customer was asking for their flight remade at the busiest time of the day for being too watery when the person they were with's flight wasn't (The complaining customer had oatmilk and had let the drinks sit and the ice melt, watering them down while the one they were with had regular milk and did not let them sit.) The baristas not only remade their drinks but still found the time to decorate our tray and make our experience wonderful. I will come back to Omaha just for this coffee.

My 2 friends took me out to coffee. I don’t drink coffee. It’s not my jam. I want to be a coffee drinker so I can survive the toddler years with my kids. I’m sure the flights were great, but I’m still trying to get use to the flavor and didn’t love it. The location was good though and service was great!!
