I didn't get a chance to enjoy my chai latte because the lid wasn't secured, so it spilled going around a corner. Down the door speaker, onto the carpet, down my leg, into my shoe and sock and all over my suede purse. Can you at least put the darn lids on property? What a mess and disappointment, not to mention a waste of money.
I've never had an unfriendly barrista or a bad coffee from Scooter's.

I give up on ever buying a cold brew from scooters again. Everytime I get one I get what tastes like when you brew a pot of coffee with a spoonful of coffee meaning it is extremely watered down coffee. I experience this at most scooters locations and never have this issue at any other coffee shop. Never buy a cold brew from scooters it will disappoint you for sure.
Fast service, and friendly service. Also happy to give my dog a pup cup!

I love this Scooter’s!! I visit before work quite a bit!! The staff are very friendly and work impressively fast. One time, I was in a bit of a line which isn’t unusual for coffee shops, and the lovely lady working the drive thru told me my drinks were paid for because of the wait. That was so sweet!! Along with great service, the inside is a lovely and comfy environment for working on something. I like drawing here—there’s a lot of natural light! If this Scooter’s is in your area, definitely go for a drink, and if you’re a tourist looking for some coffee, smoothies, snacks, or maybe something fruity, definitely go to Scooter’s.

Staff not helpful. Had an indicator on my phone that I was due a free drink on their rewards program. I was charged for the drink. Was told there was a "toggle" on my account thar had to be turned on. Instead of helping me with said toggle, my debit card was charged. Highly disappointed. 48th and Hwy 36.

My favorite coffee place. Fast, nice and they always make the coffee correct.
The entrance for drive through is a little weird. But! Friendly, fast, and they offered a pup cup without me asking! Pup cup is a little cup of whip cream with a dog treat on top. Duchess loves it! The vertigo and Butterfinger blender were perfectly thick and tasty.
Such a delightful staff! Good coffee!
