So many great selections. You can’t go wrong. My only hope is one day they decide to open another location so I can enjoy it more often!!

I really love the coffee here and it is such a cute coffee shop. However Ive heard the baristas make sly and mocking comments about me on a couple of different occasions. I understand that the food service industry is completely draining, and I have experience as a barista so I understand that culture and environment. But, people can hear you talking behind the bar, it isn't sound proof. I won't be going back, because I feel like I am being judged there for just ordering a coffee.

Roast always has the freshest coffee! One of the only places I can get brewed coffee that’s as good as I make it at home 😅. Super friendly folks and a nice place to work from…or avoid work!

Great atmosphere! They had a live musician the Saturday morning I went which was really nice. There aren’t a ton of outlets but if you don’t need them or have enough charge it’s a great place to hang out

It’s a nice coffee house. I’m not sure how to really review a place that you get what you expect (and the surroundings are nice). I wouldn’t mind something on the floor or ceiling to help manage the noise level.

Great place to meet and grab a cup of coffee. Plenty of menu options when it comes to coffee, as well as some tasty looking snacks! I didn't eat any, but they looked fantastic. Was greeted cheerfully when I arrived, and drinks were prepared well and quickly. A nice touch was then saying goodbye to me as I left. A nice treasure to have in Aksarben!

Ive been a barista for a few years and have the love for espresso drink since day one. In my experience, only a few roaster in Omaha meet my expectation in quality of the coffee bean. So far the only place that I go to to buy Beans for espresso drink is the Rally Coffee. Their espresso roast is between medium and dark but more of leaning toward the medium but still dark if you know what I mean. Until I found out about "Roast Coffeehouse", I think I found my other options for espresso beans. First off, I dont like their recipe for drink. It is too light for me in term of flavor. I did ordered an ice mocha but to be honest, it felt water down. I then purchased the espresso beans and make a latte at home. I was very impress. The crema was very pretty and even produce tiger stripes looking crema. The taste seemed to be between medium and dark roast but this time, it is leaning toward dark but not "TOO" dark. I would definitely choose this as a spot to buy espresso beans beside the "rally coffee". I would say they both nailed the espresso quality tho. However, I would probably need to try another drink from their menu to see if its water down like my first drink. Other than that, its not my favorite place to order a handmade drink. Customer service wise, They are friendly and helpful in suggesting items and such. I like that they have big patio and the lobby was also clean. I would also like their coffee bag to be design to be more attracted and fun but its just a cosmetic thing. I would be down to design their packaging (im a designer) LOL.

Roast is an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere with friendly employees, and impressively amazing coffee beverages. They’ve successfully mastered the art of making coffee approachable and trendy at the same time. If you want to buy local, this is the place to do so. You’ll be supporting all the men and women who’ve worked so so hard to make this vision come to life. The time and effort that has gone into perfecting every little detail really shows. Definitely recommend!

Great coffee, great service, great location. If you want just a regular cup of coffee? They got the good stuff. If you want a frozen drink with any flavor, whip cream and drizzle? They got the good stuff.
