I LIVE for the hot Lavender matcha with oat milk! The toasted turkey & cheese croissant is so good!

I've been coming to Karma off and on the last year or so. The last few times have been disappointing but I keep going back because sometimes stuff happens. Today I got a latte and blueberry muffin. I was disappointed again when my pick up order wasn't ready. I know businesses have struggled with this because they have people that don't show up or they don't want the coffee to be cold but to the few of us who do show up on time, pick up is extremely helpful when you only have a short break time. Then I get back to work, try and cut into my blueberry muffin and it's cold, cold. Not sitting out cold - so cold the blueberries were almost frozen. I'm giving a two star because the staff is friendly, the coffee is good but I feel like the pick up could definitely be improved and the blueberry muffin being almost frozen was a big disappointment.
My friend was having a bad day and I decided to surprise her with some sweet treats to cheer her up. I searched all over Omaha for vegan treats and the only place I could find that had a selection and quality options was KARMA KOFFEE!! I came in and it was pretty busy but the staff was so kind and helpful and the selection of vegan goodies was just amazing. I ended up getting their vegan breakfast burrito and one of every vegan treat they had! I took it to my friend and she had never had their products before and she was blown away but how amazing everything was! She said the breakfast burrito was the best breakfast burrito she had ever had! The prices are fair and the staff is so wonderful! I will definitely be coming back and spending some time in the store and getting myself one of their signature drinks!
As if I didn’t already love this place enough (incredible drinks, wonderful staff, great owner, delicious breakfast sandwiches and scones, great atmosphere, and super cute patio… I could go on) but I just had the sweetest experience today. I stopped in not realizing it was 5 minutes after close, hoping to buy some of their CBD powder and not only did the wonderful person at the counter show me patience, helped me make my purchase she offered me a free drip coffee to go. I was so impressed, that kind of customer service is pretty rare today. Plus, my three year old loves them so much she asks to go there pretty much every morning! The vegan cake pops are her favorite!

Worst place ever the service I received was so bad I never even bought anything. I say at the register, waiting 15 minutes for the girls to stop talking in order for my order to be made. I just left I was so over it and the attitude once confronted about it. The worst

cute shop with lots of local goods for sale including crystals, some jewelry, and oracle cards! there was so many menu items to choose from and a great selection of many different drinks for coffee drinkers and non-coffee drinks and food with many vegan and vegetarian options. there were games in a drawer which i assumed were for customers to use which i thought was great. there is a decent amount of seating with tables outdoors as well:) I enjoyed the coffee flight of their current spring drinks as well as a bagel sandwich. everything was delicious and the staff were friendly and hardworking! highly recommend, great local coffee shop vibe
I have begun frequenting Karma Koffee for a DELICIOUS sf vanilla, almond milk latte in the morning on my own and for quick client meetings. The staff here is SO sweet and kind. Plus the tip jar polls change often and are always so entertaining and spark great conversations! I tend to get comfy and post up at the high top bar to get work done. Love Karma Koffee!
Edit:The manager reached out within a few hours of this review, apologized profusely, and said the cashier feels terrible as well. She offered us breakfast, but it was never about getting something for free. The apology and acknowledgement is enough. Props to Karma Koffee for owning it. Upgrading to 4 stars and they'll be back to 5 soon, I'm sure. Usually love this little coffee shop. My son and I hit it up before every haircut. Usually the service is amazing with everyone being incredibly polite, but today was a little different, for some reason. My son and I were very polite, but the lady at the register, who was very polite and chatty with the ladies both in front and behind us, seemed to have some sort of vendetta against us. No hello, no thank you, and just very cold. Too bad, I'm normally a good tipper, but not today.
Kute koffee shop. I had the tainted love latte (seasonal) and a lemon blueberry scone. Atmosphere was cute. Tables were all full. I wish I had more time to enjoy the place. The cashier was very helpful and recommended the drink for me ( the receipt said “cashier D”.
Mainly went for coffee and it did not disappoint. Seating is a little sparce but a great place to visit. Would definitely recommend.
Enjoy the names of their coffee drinks and the service is always good. Definitely worth the stop on the way to work.
