My wife suggested this stop before we left town after doing a little research online. I don't remember which location we visited, but if this is the standard I would recommend any of them. The service was friendly and attentive. We loved that they had cortados, which you can't find everywhere. The coffee was good and the food was tasty as well. Judging by the line that formed shortly after I arrived this is a popular little spot. Thanks for the nice little stop!
Seriously incredible espresso and coffee. So smooth and flavorful, these guys know what they are doing. Cold brew champs! As for food, I very much enjoyed the strata while I was there. If you're looking for swag, they gottcha covered too!

Great coffee — they don’t have lavender lattes (bummer) so I just went with a regular and it tastes great.
Easily some of the best coffee in the entire country. The people here are incredible and lovely. A perfect product and delightful people are a lethal combo, so stop on by. ☺️
Brooklyn and Miles made for an awesome coffeehouse experience, excellent dopio and hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies. Just passing through but would make this my hangout if living here. Thank you both.
I just got the pour over of their Ethiopian coffee and it was great! The coffee was roasted well and the flavor was fantastic. I also was able to get some ice cream at Coneflower that had coffee ice cream made with Archetypes coffee and it was incredible!
The chairs are as hard as rocks...but nice place...
Fantastic pour over - the natural processed Ethiopia was delicious with nuanced notes of chocolate and berries. Really nicely roasted coffee. I also had their traditional macchiato made with half-and-half on recommendation from the barista - delicious! Super friendly staff, tasty baked goods, and expert coffee roasting and preparation. I’ll be back next time I’m in Omaha!
My boyfriend and I are visiting town for the first time, we love trying out new coffee shops. Archetype had been recommended to us, unfortunately we did not even try the coffee due to poor service. We walked in and the barista had her arms crossed and was annoyed that we had even walked in the door. I asked what flavors were available and she was rude in her response. I prefer to go to businesses that welcome new customers.
Was very impressed with the quality of my cappuccino. The light roast espresso was not overly acidic and the milk complemented it well.
UPDATE 1/30 -- I received a reply from someone at Archetype no more than a day after posting this review. It seems the inbox for customer support may not have been working. Either way I appreciated the response and the correction to my order. Thank you for following up! -- I ordered online in December 2022, two coffees: Eugenioides and and the Espresso Blend. I was sent the Decaf instead of the Espresso by mistake, and I've sent multiple emails to their support team to see if they could give me the correct order but have received 0 replies. At this point I don't think they have a customer service department. I've ordered their coffee in the past with no issues, but I won't anymore. Cannot recommend, in case anything goes wrong. I can't speak to their cafes, just the online ordering.
The chairs hurt my back and the coffee is not great. I only ever come here because it's close to work. Service is great!
Very nice coffee. ☕️ very nice. Tasty, creamy, not bitter. I liked the decorations of the place too. Neat and cozy. I liked how they had plants and painted walls. The staff was friendly. I did not like the smelly bathroom though.
Cool little coffee shop with an industrial vibe. The chocolate latte was very tasty. They have a good selection of beans to take home from different regions of the world. Everyone was super friendly.
We stopped by while visiting Omaha for our anniversary! The coffee was really delicious and had a good rich taste, but the baked goods we got were really dry and not all that good.
If you are a coffee lover, then this coffee shop is the best to visit. Their coffee really satisfies my taste at a very affordable price. The service was very fast that made my stay so special.
I am from out of town and wanted a coffee and a breakfast sandwich for my trip back home. Hear me out - fun venue, a bomb chocolate latte, fantastic banana bread, but the breakfast sandwich was not my cup of tea. The cornbread and sausage were great, but the egg was an odd square, patty-like shape and was rubbery on the outside yet creamy on this inside. It threw me off and I couldn’t finish it. Everything else was very enjoyable - but if you get weirded out by eggs anyway, I don’t recommend this one.
G’day, Awesome location and awesome vibe. Coffee was good, but I’d suggest getting oat milk if you like your milk Base coffees creamy. Standard milk latte and cappuccino felt watery.
Fantastic coffee with a sleek vibe and friendly staff. My chai latte was wonderful, and I was able to grab a seat and relax on a beautiful Saturday morning. Highly recommend checking this place out in the Blackstone district. If you love industrial, modern design - this is the cafe for you.
