Friendly accommodating staff that were patient and enthusiastic with my particular requests.
I tend to stop at this location when I'm driving on I-80. It's easy to find, easy on/easy off from the interstate, right by Casey's where I get gas. I just wish they had more flavor options from which to choose, but I understand that, being a chain, they are more limited
Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The drive through is great, but sometimes it's nice to have a sit down cuppa with a friend. We stop for a cocoa after Christmas shopping too!
The ladies at this shop are always fast and courteous. Never too long of a wait, coffee is always good.
Be sure to order a cinnamon roll. DELICIOUS!!!!

The staff here is awesome never have any issues with that. Sometimes service can be a little slow in the Drive-Thru. If I notice the a long line. I will go in and get my drinks instead and be back out with them before the car that I would have been behind even orders.

Got a chunky iced americano with no ice. It was a watered down chunky 4 dollar cup of garbage. Asked them to remake and gave me the exact same chunky coffee trying to pass it off as a new one. Waste of money and time.

First time Scooter’s customer and I am impressed!! After asking for the list of sugar free flavors in the drive thru (which there is a decent list of options) I was unsure of which flavor…caramel and mocha both sounded good in my black coffee. The staff member taking the order proactively added, “or we could do a snickers or turtle.” What?! 🤯 I ordered the turtle and it is DELICIOUS. The only thing I would do different is to ask for it extra hot. Great experience, delicious coffee and extremely helpful staff. 5 ⭐️
Drinks and food are very good! My only complaint is that the coffee isn't very hot sometimes.
Absolutely livid! I ordered a coffee for my daughter (3),only the flavoring. I always always make sure to tell them kids temp. She was given something that was hot enough to burn me, let alone her! I should have checked as her dad, but when ordering something that is supposed to be for children the company should be sure it is appropriate. However I highly doubt that the setting was even used as the hers was just as hot as mine! To add to the matter when I went in to get another for her the attendant was not apologetic in anyway. I have been getting coffee here for several years now and I have noticed a significant decline with the staff as of late. Very disappointed!
