The Mill is one of the best (if not the best) coffeeshop(s) you can get in Nebraska. They roast great coffee beans from various parts of the world and have a decent range of pastry and bites to complement it. They have a signature for their interior design with a distinct character. They have a few branches in Lincoln. I was a regular when I lived here.

A Lincoln staple. If you're from Lincoln you are familiar with The Mill, maybe even worked there for a stint, or are friends with someone who did. Great coffee, Great atmosphere, Excellent Staff. If you're passing through and have some time to spare do yourself a favor and get a taste of one of the most integral parts of Lincoln's downtown culture.

Come in for a relaxing time. Whether it’s a cold or hot drink. Coffee or tea. Plenty of snacks and items to purchase. This is a great place for some downtime, located in the Haymarket Place. Get in early as the business and college crowd hits it before they start their day. No matter what, the employees are great and cheerful, making the visit worthwhile.

Love this place! Much more than a cup of coffee... It's a feeling of awe when you walk in the doors, smiles as you get in line, and good conversation with baristas while they brew up a drink. The salted caramel syrup being removed from the menu did hurt my feelings a bit. It's a good thing there are so many more tasty options to choose from!

Excellent coffee. Lovely atmosphere. Crowded with line ups. Walls of merch. Candy! Gigantic antique metal things (I'm scared of attempting to name them in case I'm wrong.) Lots of seating...it keeps going back and back.

The coffee is fantastic, the service friendly, courteous, and prompt, and the atmosphere truly unique. I almost never give five stars but this is an exceptional exception.

I went to college near and studied at The Mill almost every day. Although It has been some years now since being back in NE, one thing that comes to mind when I think of Lincoln is The Mill. Its wonderful staff, quality coffee, and day old pastries I bought so often over my years in Lincoln bring back many great memories. I recently was reminded of The Mills coffee and decided to purchase some whole beans online. I just finished sipping my first cup of Maple Pecan coffee and let me tell you, it was exactly what I had hoped for and more. The aroma, the bold but not overpowering flavor, and the fall flavored theme was just the pleasant nostalgia I was looking for this morning. Thank you for your dedication to the craft and for never compromising the quality of a great cup of coffee. Until next time.

Something's just off with the taste. Not sure what kind of beans or roast they use but it almost taste stale. I have tried multiple times thinking maybe I just went on a bad day but results are always the same. I want to like it but there is just way better tasting coffee and espresso shops out there.

Great coffee shop with a cozy, relaxed vibe. Nice place to go to catch up with friends or study. I love their Cold Brew & I buy beans to brew my coffee at home, too. Staff is wonderful, even on the super busy days.

Nice out door seating except old guy blasting through a pack of smokes. This is a MAXIMUM coffee shop and worth a visit but old pipe smoker junkie killed it today. Just saying and I moved away as far as open seats allowed.
