Fun delicious place to eat. Its a bit small so get there early. The chicken is amazing as is the hatch mac. Update...beyond all possibilities...the place got better...their teas are also amazing
The food was magnificent as usual! You have to give this place a try! My favorite is the Hatch Mac Burrito with brisket! The brisket and mac combination is fire! They offer optional coleslaw and a variety of salsas to add to your burrito. If you are unsure, they will put them on the side. Their burritos are huge! If you are a meat lover, I recommend trying the Pipeline. That thing is huge! It's packed with brisket, pork, chicken, rice and beans. It's also delicious! It is always a treat eating here! I hope you give it a try for yourself!

Had the brisket nachos with ‘the works’. They were a bit messy (not a bad thing), and delicious. But they definitely won’t be something I’d get every-time i’m in.
First off, the food here is amazing! A nice blend of BBQ and Mexican. I had the brisket and hatch Chile Mac quesadilla, which was massive! I didn't know they made tortillas that big! The only downside to the place is the size...which just means they should grow into a bigger location. We stopped for lunch with a group of 6 and it was literally impossible to sit. We sat outside when it was 40 at a picnic table, which would be nice in the summer!

Let's get this straight, this isn't Mexican food, this is New Mexican. This place has great food, amazing art on the walls and a good list of beers on tap. The green chile mac burrito was amazing, and the red chile slaw was delicious.
Fast service, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Food and coffee are excellent. Can't speak to beer but selection seemed decent.
Excellent food. It was busy for lunch but the wait was very reasonable. Serves breakfast all day. Staff is very friendly. Seating available inside and outside.
Lunch here was delicious. Nothing fancy, but good quality and tasty. I will be back next time I am in Lincoln.

Unique mix of Mexican food and BBQ. Very good brisket, having it with Mac & cheese is common but in a burrito is not!
The hatchmac is brilliant with brisket, but I come here for tacos every tuesday.
Seriously, these tacos were SO good! Got mine with the worx; a pork, a chicken, and a brisket. I honestly don't have one complaint about the food. If you're in the mood for some amazingly flavorful tacos, check out Muchachos. You won't regret it.
