One of my fave local coffee shops. They also have crepes! Some days the have live music too. 🎶 💓
Great coffee shop and crepes
I LOVE this place, everything is soooooooo good. Vibe is very cozy, drinks are amazing, appreciation of the arts is extremely present, AND THE ROAST BEEF PANINI IS SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL
Batista with the dreadlocks is the best ever
Coffee is great and I like the atmosphere. Unfortunately the staff is not professional. They openly complain about clients. Currently there is a snow storm, and I walk as my method of transport. I don’t want to walk somewhere that may be closed due to the weather, so I called to ask if they were open. As I have been here a few hours, the staff has answered the phone for others, presumably asking a similar question, and they have loudly exclaimed “ I swear if one more person calls and asks if we are open”, as well as mocked those that have already called. I guess they don’t realize that the people who have called are potentially sitting ten feet away, and that is who they are mocking.
Favorite coffee shop downtown Lincoln!!
The atmosphere and the aesthetic of the place is great! But the baristas are rude, especially to poc. This place used to be my favorite coffee shop in town, but in recent years (ie since the reopening after covid) the service has been okay at best.
I like it. The crepes were good and the coffee was okay. I like the atmosphere. My boyfriend and I went for labor day and it was pretty busy for only one person to be working. Finally a coworker came to help. We noticed other people were getting their food before us and we did not like that at all.
Told them to surprise me and they did an amazing job at doing that.

I was expecting a pleasant experience, but was honestly shocked at how calming this basement haven was. The contrast with surface-level gameday shenaniganry was so refreshing, and the quiet, filling atmosphere gave a sense of immediate welcoming that's a rare treat on my solo road trips. Go try it out, y'all!
Coffee was really good! I had a Blended Mocha and then a super delicious pesto sandwich with an egg added!
Crescent moon was absolutely lovely. There were so many different cozy spots to sit in no matter what preference is. There were quite spots and louder areas so it's a great place to study, meet up with friends, or just grab a coffee. You go downstairs to enter and the whole vibe was just perfect for a coffee shop. They even had live music when I was there! And the barista was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Consistently impressed by the atmosphere and quality here. Have been going since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. Today is the first time I've had the crêpes, and as a professional who specialises in southwestern European regional foods myself, I thought them of excellent quality. Very nice texture and thickness to the crêpe itself, and the fillings were added in appropriate quantities to not spill out but without making me feel cheated. Far from my first great experience at Crescent Moon, and it won't be my last.
The latte was the best I’ve ever had in Lincoln, NE. The staff is super kind and goes out of the way to get to know you. I loved the chill atmosphere and spent a good four hours working while enjoying a couple coffees. Highly recommend!

Cresent Moon is the perfect little hidden coffee shop. Downstairs, under the Apothecary you'll find great coffee, and great mixes for every season. You'll love it!
