High quality food that tastes great! We loved our lunch to go. I would rate B&J as one of the top in Lincoln.
Is everything ok Bagels and Joe? I ask bc someone was obviously taking a stand in refusing to fill online orders Took 10 minutes for someone to care enough to address the half prepared orders that sat on the counter. 15 minutes and there were ample employees walking around doing everything except preparing orders. Really, everything ok?
Great lunch or breakfast, good local roasted coffee. Try the paninis?
Always go to the Old Cheney store every couple weeks. Usually get a large dark roast coffee or an Americano. On rare occasions I will get a bagel and even rarer a burrito. Food/Coffee is always good. Service is great though. A+
The girl that was helping me was very nice. She handed me my drink and said taste that first because it didn’t look right. I told her it had no carbonation in it and I asked if I could swap it out for a bottled soda and the worker behind her turned and snapped at me and said no you cannot! I said well I can pay the price difference. She was super rude. The girl that was helping me in the first place let me pay the difference and was nice about it but wow the other worker apparently should not be working with people
Bagel sandwich was good. But they don't know what a cortado is even though they have two on their menu. It should be equal parts steamed milk and espresso. Instead I got a 12 oz latte.
They forgot my food though I was standing in front of them waiting. Took near 30 mins after I had paid to receive my order.
They changed the quiches over the last year and it’s so disappointing. What used to be an amazing French style quiche and a true old world recipe. is now a gross, dry, cheesy (not in a good way) dry round circle with crust that just tastes old. Had a good run of quiches for decades, sad to see it go this direction.
Busy place! Sometimes hard to find a place to sit. Nice clean bathrooms👍

I had an online order which all was good but I decided to wait in line for coffee. I was pretty patient to the point that the employees didn’t notice me in line and would rather help next people in line. I waited a good 15 minutes and then had enough. Someone cut in to purchase a gift card and still didn’t noticed I was waiting so I left and went somewhere else. Pretty disappointed that no one even acknowledged me when I picked up my order.
Seward location- Food is excellent, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to their service. We went in around 10 am on a Saturday and it took over 20 minutes to get to the counter, and another 15 minutes for someone to actually take our order. We stood there and watched several employees come in and out of the back, bumping into each other and some just standing around unsure what to do. Several employees were making online/carry out orders without acknowledging the growing line of customers standing at their counter. Once someone actually took our order, the food came out relatively quickly. I think this location needs some leadership, organization, and process development before it would warrant another visit.
Love their cinnamon rolls, their tasty af. But it gets really busy really quick between like breakfast and lunch- 🤤😬
Ordered my food online, waited to pick it up, 10 minutes after being in the store and watching employees laugh and play on their phones, they asked me to repeat my order cause they forgot. 35 minutes total for a bagel.

We had a carry out order, the food and drinks were great, however we were hoping to be greeted and shown some sort of customer service. We were ignored and told that if we see our items then we could leave. Not the first time we’ve felt this level of unfriendliness at this location. I hope this will change.

Do Not order for delivery. We ordered for our office lunch today, and two of the orders came with wrong or missing items. I ordered the Duo, a half bagel cheddar swiss club, with tomato, lettuce, avocado, bacon, and Basil Aioli. I did not get the avocado or bacon (paid extra for those) and got onion. I'm allergic to raw onion. and as my second item I got the Blueberry WALNUT salad with the balsamic vinaigrette....it came with almonds, good thing I was allergic to those too! and did not include the vinaigrette, instead I got honey mustard....my coworker got the strawberry chicken salad, and was understanding about there being no chicken, however, she was missing her dressing. when we went to reorder the items that were missing or wrong. I called to make sure that the correct items were in the order. Again, received a Blueberry ALMOND salad, and house dressing, with no dressing for the strawberry chicken salad, and no balsamic vinaigrette. If you are going to offer delivery, please do better.
I have always enjoyed Bagels & Joe & would have rated them a 5. The last 3 times I have been in at 12-12:15 they have had very few bagels to chose from. As you don’t close until 2 I think you should be better stocked. While I waited 10 more people came in with very little choice.
The food and coffee is absolutely delicious. Prices are great. Staff is super friendly.
