My friend recommended this place to me when I was talking about a lack of good breakfast burritos in Kearney. Boy was I wrong. These burritos were big and delicious. For less than $11 you got the big burrito, salsa, and fresh fruit. The fruit was soo good. Very fresh. I don't know where they're getting it, but it was very quality. The burrito itself was so good. I got Chorizo it was stuffed with eggs, potatoes, cheese, and a healthy portion of Chorizo. My wife and I thought $10.75 was a bit much for a breakfast burrito and fruit, but trust me when I say this is some quality bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend scratching that breakfast burrito itch at Full Curcle Bakery. We didn't get any of the baked goods, but I saw some kind of stuffed croissant served to someone in front of me in line when I first walked in that looked flaky and incredible! Sorry I only have the one picture. I meant to take a pic after a bite or two, but I never out it down.

Not only is the food here DELICIOUS, but Michael—the owner—is one of those people who just makes the world (and especially our community in central Nebraska) a better place! You will be SO glad you chose to support him and eat his yummy food! :)

If you are in this area, you have GOT to try this place out! The food is clean, fresh and delicious. The quantity of food and sides for this price is unbeatable! I am a vegetarian and it is usually hard for me to find tasty and healthy options on the road. But the falafel sandwich and falafel salad are to die for! The owner and staff are super friendly and a delight to chat with. They have a great bakery selection, again very reasonably-priced. They also have limited dairy-free and gluten-free options if you need those. Full Circle Bakery is a small business that I am very pleased to support!
This guy has found his calling! The food is fresh, delicious and served quickly. My wife is a falafel connoisseur and she thought the falafel here was the best she's ever had. Can't find a fault with this place.

Delicious food, and kind, sweet folks here. I had a gyro, and it was filled with fresh veggies, tasty gyro meat, and tzatziki plus a bit of feta all in a fresh pita, all very good. The oatmeal cookie it came with was delicious as well. I got a loaf of fresh bread (thick sliced) for later. Definitely recommended!
Absolutely delicious. A must stop if you are looking for sweet treats and savory items. Shop owner is a wizard at creating unique and tasty foods and cafe meals. The only downfall are the hours but the food is locally sourced and worth every bite.

She took the time to explain menu items & answer questions… we still wanted to try one of everything! The pastries were flaky, fresh & delicious!! The quiche was PERFECTION, & the breakfast burrito… well you just need to order one to find out! The owner chatted with us & was extremely friendly as well! Everything was cooked fresh & from scratch. The restaurant was clean, the selection was amazing & everyone was so kind! Prices were very reasonable & consistent with a sit down breakfast place. If you’re like me & didn’t realize that this gem of a place existed in Kearney, add it to your “short list” - you won’t be disappointed!
First time eating there and the owner was friendly, the food was ready fast, and my falafel wrap was both gluten free and delicious! Biggest falafel I’ve ever eaten before, delicious and obviously made from scratch! 10/10 would recommend!
