very friendly staff and patrons. food was good home-cooked meals and sandwiches. captured a rainbow on the way out of town😃
This is a great place to eat. The family had a great meal.
We had the most wonderful experience at the Antelope Creek Cafe. We stopped in here for dinner on a long distance drive from Minnesota to Idaho, drawn to the town by a certain magnetic energy. After visiting the park in town, we made our way around looking for a restaurant. We were drawn to this restaurant, something about it stood out and we pulled in and entered. Upon entering, we immediately knew that we had made the right choice. We were greeted and seated quickly by Kenny, who would quickly become one of our favorite people we met along the trip. Our entire experience was perfect, from arrival to exit. We ordered the Burritos and Enchiladas to share, which arrived quickly and well-presented. The food was delicious, especially for the price. Beyond the food, the energy and atmosphere was about as good as it gets. Kenny was so extremely kind and friendly, it absolutely made our evening. His hospitality was so appreciated, it set a positive tone for the rest of our drive that remains even now. If you happen to find yourself in Gordon, or anywhere nearby that is within range, I highly recommend stopping in to the Antelope Creek Cafe. Give Kenny a friendly hello, and find yourself a home away from home for a meal. 💙
Clean In and out No waiting Friendly
Very good place to eat. The service was great.
Very standard small town Cafe. Good food and great people! Very understaffed but don't let that steer you away, the short wait won't hurt. Remember, this isn't fast food!
Always good food and a good variety anytime. It is a staple for breakfast when in the area. The coffee is always flowing and the service is great.
Didn't get waited on!
Typical small town, rural Cafe. Decent food, good people, and I stop in every chance I get.
Antelope Creek Cafe is true “home cooking”! I was impressed with the friendly waitress, quick service, and quality food. The gals kept my coffee mug full and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my breakfast. I would recommend their establishment to anyone who appreciates a small town, locally operated restaurant!
The food was SOOO good! You got a lot of food for mostly under $10 for a dinner. They are understaffed, but still not a long wait. Their special Nebraska salad dressing was delicious - kind of like French dressing with a little mustard added. I would go there again and again! And the cinnamon sugar fry bread is heavenly!
Good food good family atmosphere and very reasonably priced.
We were on a Road Trip from VA to SD. Got to Gordon, NE around 830p. This restaurant was our 1st option, but was understanding that it'd be frowned upon if we walked in 30mins before closing. We tried to go elsewhere, but having a child with us, we didn't think going to a Bar was ideal, so, we went back to this restaurant. Unfortunately, what we expected happened. It was well known that our presence, AND our business, was NOT welcomed. We apologize for the late walk-in, but as a restaurant, Customer Service should be top priority, even though late walk-ins are frowned upon. Whoever is reading this, if you're looking at walking-in 30mins prior to their closing time, don't bother. You'd be better off going through a gas station and getting some snack to go, to tide you over, till you get to another town that has a place to eat.
Biscuits and gravy as good as homemade! Pancakes were light and fluffy and as big as the plate. Fifty cent coffee- real creamer and unlimited refills! Stop in for friendly service and delicious food!!!
I ordered the 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon. Excellent. My only complaint is coffee had no flavor. My husband ordered foot long hotdog and fries. They messed up and brought him a regular hotdog instead. They would have made it right but he was fine with his hot dog. Waitress was new. Cafe is clean. Service can be slow. They didn't bring me syrup for pancakes right away. Had to wait a few minutes. . Overall a decent restaurant to stop at.
Loves the vibe of this place. It was a stop on our way to Yellowstone park. Short stop, nice breakfast place, with a local sharm.
It wasn't terrible but the hot roast beef sandwich was very chewy. And took a long time.
This is a great place to eat. After eating the pancakes and bacon my kids said it was the best restaurant ever. My omelette was great, too.
Excellent hearty cooked breakfast dishes for the family! Good service 👍
Very friendly service, food was ok
