Small and modern, with a cute cozy section in the back of the cafe. Seems like a great place for remote working. Zoom/phone meetings could be tough with the music and bean grinders going, although this is true of any coffee shop. I ordered a latte with caramel sauce and it was delicious. Similar flavor to a caramel macchiato from Starbucks if you’re looking to support a local business instead!
Modern. Comfortable. DELICIOUS. The Grind Coffeehouse is exactly what's been missing in this part of town. The design is beautiful and intentional. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the menu, both food and drinks. It's also just a genuine pleasure to spend time in this wonderful little spot. The products are high-quality, the space is truly special and the service is speedy. And their oat milk lattes are some of the BEST in town. BONUS: it's also locally owned by small business owners. Highly recommend!
Great coffee & atmosphere! :)
This is the best coffeehouse in Omaha by far!!! Their coffee is so good and their lattes taste the same every time no matter who is working
This place is my new favorite coffee spot in town! The owner is amazing and you can see the thoughtfulness of the whole business from the menu all the way down to the wallpaper and even the ambiance of the bathrooms. Staff are always friendly and polite and the place is very forward thinking with it's cashless set up - makes it user friendly and efficient. Would love to see this place get more space and grow!
Such a pretty place. I don’t like that they don’t take cash but whatever lol. First time having a lavender latte it’s so yummy
Wow talk about a great place to get a nice cup of joe. If you are looking for a place to sit down drink a coffee and forget about all of your problems the grind is a great spot. I went into the grind the other day and it was so therapeutic. The staff has a great welcoming smile when I walk in every time. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
Talk about delicious coffee and astounding service. I got pleasure of being served by Emma. She was the nicest and most helpful barista I’ve met in a long time. Overall, a unique and aesthetic place. A must for any coffee enjoyer!
Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I love how clean and beautiful the interior is. 10/10 would recommend!!
Amazing service even better coffee!! What a vibe am I right? Definitely want to try this place out!
The atmosphere at the Grind is top notch and their coffee is even better. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to hang out and work or meet up with friends. The vibe is unmatched.
Went in to try to redeem what was left of a gift certificate I had gotten for The Grind. The person behind the counter couldn’t help me with it at their kiosk when I was having problems redeeming online. I had the app up with the amount of the gift certificate, and she still couldn’t help me. There was someone else behind the counter, but she didn’t ask them for help. After not being able to locate the qr code to scan, I sat down to try to locate it myself. I still couldn’t figure it out, so I just left. The whole experience was very unwelcoming and frustrating.
I loved it here, cozy environment and relaxing. The kiosk helps baristas focus on making drinks faster rather than slowing down to take orders. Perfect place for people who’d rather just take down their orders themselves, and are able to see the cost of drinks and add ons with ease. Baristas are welcoming, attentive, and efficient. The coffee flavors are classic and simple, and the flavor of the espresso was spot on ( I love oddly!) I’m excited to come back and try the teas I’ve heard about. The shop is smaller but that adds to the coziness, and the decor is beautiful (esp the wallpaper.) Thank you!
This was our first time trying The Grind Coffeehouse, and the coffee was very good. They have some milk alternative such a almond and oat milk but they did not have coconut milk. The service was fast except it is all ordered online through a QR code or kiosk instead of connecting with an employee. The ambiance was nice and quiet making it a great place to study, work, or meet up with a friend.
Great spot and the owner is very friendly! Very cozy and calm atmosphere. Will be back!
Absolutely love the establishment and drinks, especially the thai milk tea but unfortunately their hours make it difficult to stop by as often as I would like. If they were to have better hours, I would have definitely given them a five star rating.
Wish there was a zero rating. Went in on a Saturday morning. Was NEVER greeted; baristas kept their backs turned and went on about their business. I even went to use the bathroom, came back out & same result. I figured they aren't looking for any new customers, or maybe I'm not in their demographic. No loss for me, I promptly headed to Roast coffee, my favorite anyway and was greeted as usual like an old friend. Even Scooters, who has last resort type coffee has mastered good customer service- acknowledging the customer, even if to say "hello, I'll be with you in a moment", etc. I'll never return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know. The struggle is real for eateries these days and the competition is stiff...Will this place be around in the long run? Idk but no love lost!
Professional and friendly and patient enough to help me get exactly what I wanted. The coffee is delicious 😋
Favorite coffee place in town ! Such a great environment and delicious coffee. Super convenient to be able to self order so you don’t have to wait in a line if it’s busy ! Highly recommend this place to everyone
Cute, warm atmosphere and good coffee! Complaints— only have disposable cups and you have to order from a kiosk or QR (could be a plus for you, but I prefer the community and personal exchange that comes from ordering your coffee from someone).
