Update #2: In response to the owners reply. Your snide response is unnecessary as a review is meant to be someone elses take on your place, what you offer and the quality. My first review was Years ago and I recently updated my review March 2023. As stated in the updated review "We have been back a couple times over the past few years and the coffee has improved-we will visit again" Translation: we obviously gave it another shot and its improved the last few years. So to the owner, Please swallow your pride and take others opinions for face value. I came back to give a positive update than my previous experience but your response has left a bad taste all over this review. Thank goodness for the other coffee shops in town. Update*** We have been back a couple times over the past few years and the coffee has improved. We will visit again. Previous post***Very comfy cozy place. I think the space makes up for the bad coffee (sorry).
Not much more I can do but rave about my Cubano, the atmosphere and staff.
My husband and I came across this gem while we were passing through Nebraska. The coffee was amazing but even more special was the remarkable service and personal touches of the owner and past owner. They are both passionate about the history of this building and the renovation they embarked upon to share this history with others. Truly an incredible experience and we highly recommend it!
Gluten free. Pricey and No Taste.
Cozy coffee shop with great coffee and lunch options. Highly recommend
The only criticism I have is to make the wifi accessible without making patrons play 20 fkn questions
Love the place, the people, and the atmosphere. Good food too!
Best food around and drinks. Great atmosphere and service.
Quaint, unique atmosphere that creates a magical vibe for conversation, study, or work.
The food and drink is always wonderful, the service is nice, and the wifi is quick. The only thing I'd change is how loud the music can be some days, but I dont think its enough to knock the star rating down. Wonderful cafe
Comfy little spot to stop as we passed through. Primarily a College coffeehouse with live music on the weekends. It is a nice little place to eat a limited lunch menu during the week.
Nice place but I got a cold cup of coffee.
Absolutely delicious breakfast. And the coffee selections are amazing. Loved loved. Pet friendly. They have a wonderful Cafe cat!
Love the atmosphere! The food is homemade and delicious. I wish the pizza ovens were on though, we really miss their pizza. In the summer I love sitting outside under the tree and in the winter snuggled in front of the blazing wood stove. Also great for gatherings, we have rented it out a few times, and we were very pleased with the food and service. :)
We were just passing through Chadron on a roadtrip and found this place. This place is an absolute hidden gem! All the staff and the owner are super friendly and gave us a little tour of the historical building the cafe is in. The drink and food selection are fantastic and the prices are very fair. Overall a very cool place to enjoy some food and drinks with friends!
The premier coffee spot in Chadron! AWESOME JOE! Thanks 👍 And excellent service!
food and drink so good that i forgot i was in a barren wasteland being chased by the ghosts of my past. i'll use the memory of this visit to keep myself sane while i live the life of an eternal prey animal fleeing from my own conscience
Outstanding local coffee shop in a cool historic building. Pulled great espresso for cappuccino with a great selection of coffees and drinks for all tastes and ages. Stellar service to top it off.
Worked remotely out of the second/back room here for a couple days while visiting the area. Great service, good environment, good coffee and food (really enjoyed the strawberry yogurt muffin). Thankful for the western Nebraska hospitality as well!
During our two-day stay in Chadron, we went to the Bean Broker three times. It was a delightful experience each time. The coffee is great and is served by warm and friendly baristas. Our lunch was house made and delicious. We also enjoyed a beer from the back bar. Finally, and this was fun, there’s a resident big orange cat that’s a very cool presence. He clearly doesn’t mind having guests drop by his home. If we come this way again, we’ll be sure to stop to see him and buy more good food and drinks.
