We had a great experience here and a great breakfast!
Friendly and good food!
I appreciate all the effort and energy it takes to operate a foodservice establishment! The intention is good with this one. But some general practices should be shaped up in order for this to be successful. I had a hamburger and fries, a staple of any hometown restaurant. The burger was cooked well and tasty, but the soft meaty globs on the side of the patty and still-partially-frozen bun detracted from the experience. The fries were hot and tasty - but weren’t cooked enough to turn golden brown. The prices were high relative to the ambience and quality - $11 for the burger and fries. The server had a hard time with details and needs some coaching. It was an “experience,” and I do hope they stick it out and seek out feedback from someone experienced in this industry.
