Bad quality coffee. Extremely poor service. Order a caramel machiatto that tasted very watered down.

I've been to this place a couple different times during the day and its the same thing everytime, the girl/guy at the drive thru window is snotty and always has an attuide like you are doing me a favor or something. This afternoon was a good example, ordered my drink, got to drive up window and before I could even open my mouth,. the teeny-bopper ripped my card out of my hand and slammed the window, and then 5 min to come back with my card and drink , went to ask a question and she immediately slammed the window like I had a communicable disease that was going to spread if her window stayed open 2 seconds longer. If you hate your job that bad, find another. I've never had this issue or blatant rudeness at any other city brew in billings or any place for that matter.

Went through Drive thru u need Sriracha sauce. That Hot Sauce is too Hot especially when driving young man was nice and Kind

Loved the cold brew
Our 2 frappes were not blended nearly enough, leaving big chunks of ice so the straw was useless. Not the first time this has happened here. For $10 I expect a better product.
Customer service is great! Drinks have been wrong past couple times I've been in and when remade they still don't taste very good.
City brew is a great local company. You can always count on a friendly barista and consistent cup of coffee.

It's FRIGID cold in Laurel!!!! They are always out of something. Some days are sooooo DISAPPOINTING for how much it costs!!!

Hot decaf latte and SF caramel latte - both tasty and $1 less than City Brew in ND. 🤷🏼♀️ Short staffed and waited a bit but barista was pleasant and that always helps!
Delicious coffee, delicious bagel, friendly staff! Highly recommend.
