Helena's Target just isn't the the same as it once was. Options are very slim and what's there can be a bit expensive.
Target is great!
I went in to this location last week and was pretty impressed with the staff, they were all very friendly. Instead of having no-one at the technology station there was a younger kid with dark curly hair that was extremely helpful and outgoing, there were employees around every corner to help you, and everything seemed nice and tidy…until I came across Michelle. She was a lady with purple and black hair and was wearing a mask…and was easily the most unfriendly person I have ever met. I went to the guest service desk to pick up some higher priced headphones that were being held for me, and when I got there I wasn’t greeted by this lady, I was ignored. She just stood there staring at her feet. And when I finally got her attention, she just stared at me and acted like I was an inconvenience ☹️ Now, I understand she’s probably around 45 years old and still working at a target, but at least show some pride in your work. I later found out she is a manager. wow. Other than this lady, the Helena Target is a great place to shop!
This store has gotten so bad, items frequently out of stock. Shelves are bare and messy. Freight stacked all over, Floor personnel is unfriendly and not helpful. This used to be a great store.
This store has had an incredibly for at least a year now. The shelves are bare and whatever is left is haphazardly stocked. The store looks like it’s been looted. And because the only other option is Walmart you have to order from Amazon. Get your act together target
The restrooms were disgusting. Only 1 stall had any toilet paper out of 4!! That’s ridiculous… went and told the guy at guest services… Sean? Shawn? Seemed extremely disinterested and I’m sure the issue didn’t get resolved in a timely matter. The store was messy and had no order whatsoever. Hard to find anything. Employees seemed to be too busy on their phones or talking amongst themselves. Boxes and boxes everywhere. I was looking at some toys at the end of an aisle and an employee walked right in front of me to put something away and I was at a loss. No “excuse me” no “how are you this evening” “can I help you find anything” just completely disrespectful and rude!! I worked at this Target a few years ago and the state it was in and the attitude of the employees would’ve been UNACCEPTABLE! Must have new management or something because that store is becoming worse than Walmart. Just disappointing and sad. Despite our awful experience, our cashier was amazing. Cheerful, funny, positive. She was wonderful. Wish I had gotten her name.
Terrible customer service. They let angry customers go ahead of you in line just because they're making a fuss. Don't answer the phones when trying to call.

Clean. The store is organized a bit different than most but we found what we were looking for.
Our local target staff are fabulous. Like many other employers it is obvious they are understaffed, but in true form, the Target employees are kind, super helpful and great. thank you.
Store had a cramped, disheveled appearance and limited selection of boys shoes and rain gear.
heavily disorganized. rarely has things in stock. boxes absolutely everywhere, constantly in front of the men’s clothing section. i don’t suspect that it’s due to lack of staffing, because i have had multiple friends apply there, only to get rejected. i have never seen a target with this many issues.
Target is my go to store for many purchases for personal and home needs.
Target products are always as advertised. I do alot of online ordering and pick up in store. My orders have always been ready in a timely manner usually quicker than they've originally said. Employees are helpful and kind.
Customer service was amazing!!!! Although all the shelves were pretty bare and inventory online was incorrect from inventory that was in the store>
Just had to do a return and pick up an order I placed. The two young ppl helping me were kind, one was confused about how to do a return but still kind. One older lady came to help the young guy and ended up making me feel like trash and rolling her eyes at me. Severely disappointed and at a loss of words for the way she treated me. Not a nice tone, rude facial expressions.. was not clear at all about my options for return. only reason I’m writing a three star review and not a five is because Of her. Thank you to the young two for being helpful and kind. Not to mention I totaled my refund before going in. Everything was still selling at the price I purchased it for and I didn’t even get my full refund so there’s that

store clean and personable associates
service was fast and friendly. Our pick up order was ready before the 2 hour window time frame. Didn't have everything I ordered in stock, but shipping the out of stock items for free.
Target is amazing and so are the people who work there!
