Second weekend in a row we tried to take grandkids for an ice cream date. The outside sign says open 10:30-9:30 but it's closed in the afternoon. Little tiny sign on the door with the hours the are open. I understand if you don't have help, but change your sign then! Won't be trying again, I'll support other local businesses instead.

Workers were too busy taking selfies and flirting to wait on me and my daughter. The owners want, "another chance" but why should paying customers give it to them?

Went to get a butterscotch dipped cone and a chocolate milk shake. No one was at the front. A girl came from the back, finally, took my order made it in two seconds. My dipped cone had such a thin layer I couldn’t even taste it. The milk shake had all the chocolate at the bottom and wasn’t the greatest. She set the order on the counter said have a good day turned around and ran back to the back to where her friends were. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask about the “ dipped” cone. Horrible customer service. More concerned about her friends than doing her job. Need to be trained better…?
