I grew up in Hamilton and am back visiting. I'm really enjoying this business as a place to get coffee and maybe a treat, and sit and do some work on my computer. The staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. (They also have great gluten free choices too). Only suggestions I have is to add a few more electrical outlets for laptops or phones. (And they have Wifi).
i went here nearly everyday in middle school and high school. the mixed cookie (butterscotch, chocolate, white chocolate chips) is the best cookie i have ever had in my life. when they changed ownership (2018?) the lemon tahini salad dressing recipe changed BUT still delicious. fun and POPPIN atmosphere. the coffee isn’t the best but if you get a sweet milky coffee you wont be disappointed. love love love!

Was recommended this place when I moved here and now I’m here at least once a week. Great coffee and breakfast stuff, and Emily is so great! ** Not sure what has happened since this review -a month ago- but it seems like the management is on self destruct mode, hopefully this place can get back on track but it is currently considerably lacking in several areas. **
As a native Montanan living in Hamilton, I love this little gathering place! They have amazing sandwiches, soups, and I especially love their baked goods! It can busy at times and the staff at times can seem overwhelmed. Patience and good humor from us for the hard working staff.

Staff is always warm and friendly, can’t recommend this cafe enough. Much more “real” than big creek down the street

Nice little cafe with good pastries, decent coffee and good lunch food. Staff are pleasant and its a great place to catch up with friends. One of the better cafes in Hamilton.
This place is good but there was flies on the scones.
The quiche was delicious and the pesto turkey on a baget was a good choice for lunch on the trail.
Slow service. Only about half of the people inside are actually working. No sense of urgency. Even drinks take 10 minutes.
we love this place. always good coffee and snacks. yes I've had a drink messed up before, but they were sooo fast to fix it for me! Taylor is so fun and awesome her customer service is on point! xo

Employees never seem to care about their service. New review... my wife loves going here and we usually meet for lunch every 2 or 3 weeks. Add breakfast and or coffee and there are more frequent visits. Today I had an experience that left me talking to one of the managers and saying I would likely never come back. I ordered an Italian sandwich (a menu item). The person taking the order asked something that made me clarify at which I stated "The special Italian". The server delivered the daily special sandwich (a bacon wrapped popper sandwich) and I immediately told her that was wrong. She apologized and said she would let me try the one she brought and then make an Italian (that I ordered) to go. She then returned and said the manager would not replace the sandwich unless I paid for the Italian. I declined. I tried the sandwich and did not care for it. Then the manager came to the table and after talking to me, said she felt i might be entitled to the correct sandwich, but the 2nd manager felt that the mistake was mine and I would not be given another sandwich unless I paid for it. I explained that I felt like that was very poor customer service and I would not be returning. She said she understood and went back to work. My first review was that the wait staff didn't seem to care about their service. I guess it starts at the top and now I understand it is just the customer service as provided here. Sad that in a small town, I need to find another go to place. I hope others have better experiences here.
