Very poor customer service. The three who work there in the morning have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t know how to operate their equipment. And oh ya, did I mention terrible customer service.

AVOID THIS PLACE I can see why this place has a 1.9 review. I came here to get gas in my older car, rolled up to the pump and turned my car off. No caution signs or anything to alert me that the pump wasn't working. Now I'm sitting inside my car at -10 waiting for someone else to run me gas from another station. Absolutely pathetic.

The store needs help. I have seen it go downhill now for a few years. Maybe more staff or like another person posted, a full time cleaner.

We have bought most of our fuel at this business for over a decade. But, for several months, there has been an issue with the pump card readers and it's a roll of the dice whether they will work or not. So jaunt required into store, interchange with cashier, they come out reset, etc. It's time you update your pump card readers. Meanwhile, we are using zip trip across the road. I've noticed you are not responding to these reviews, so has managment/ownership given up on the customers?

The Location of this store is superb & extremely convenient. Unfortunately it does tend to be really busy ,especially at peak hours & Considering the staffing issues most businesses are experiencing, it's completely obvious this store is in desperate need of a few extra pairs of hands. Even more notable is if the customers would take a bit more pride in pouring there drinks ( like actually in the ginormous cups instead of all over the counters & floor) , this also includes there bathroom usage as it appears like a few hundred kindergarteners that haven't been potty trained at all ,have attempted to utilize the facilities but in a complete failure . Now I totally get the bad reviews of places like so that happen to be overly dirty. But it's not the employees ,that typically spend 8 + hours behind the register ,creating these dirty disasters . It's every bit of the Rude ,Inconsiderate & down right disgusting customer's & there children that are responsible for most of the mess. So for those of us who actually do what we can to prevent such messes & actually make the effort to clean up after ourselves, THANK YOU! Lord only knows just how bad it could be, if we didn't do our little part. Then again imagine how sweet it would all look if everyone took the time to wipe up, everything they mess up. All this being said ,Holiday you certainly need an person @ the least whose only function should be "CLEANING" non stop . Once every visible surface is done ,then perhaps move on to deep cleaning. As it's obvious this store needs it bad . A thorough, Deep Cleaning ,where products & equipment are moved completely out of the way & all surfaces scrubbed clean & Repeat ! According to the Americans Disabilities Act, a service dog is NOT required to wear a vest. Sometimes when making a quick stop, I don't bother putting it on, but will show my VA documentation upon request. No one at this store has ever had an issue, except the kid working this morning (0500am). He has twice kicked me out, even after I have shown my VA document. He said the dog has to have a vest on. Is this company policy? The other shifts and employees don't have an issue, just this guy. Maybe ya'll need to educate him before he causes a lawsuit (not by me, I ain't gonna sue, just go somewhere else)

its now my third time going there after work at 3am and the doors being chained shut and no one inside tonight i waited 20 mins before i decided to go to the zip trip accross the street. i also called and intended to leave voice message with my complaints but the phone rang and rang and rang

I walked into the bathroom while Roxy was cleaning it. And I have never been spoke down to like that in my life. Other staff was really friendly, but I can't believe an owner would allow their staff to talk to customers like that.
