Overall, I have really enjoyed the food at Electric City Coffee. The croissants are lovely. Unfortunately, the customer service is more often than not lacking, specifically in friendliness. I asked a question about the drink special because I hadn't planned on a drink and decided that the name was intriguing. When I asked "could you remind me what's in the Strawberry Fields" both employees looked and sounded annoyed, especially the person making drinks. I went ahead and ordered the drink, asking for decaf, which they didn't have, but the response to that request was more like I should have know that Electric City doesn't have decaf. It's not really a big deal, but again the employee sounded annoyed that she had to tell me there isn't decaf. I didn't end up ordering the drink due to the employee responses (not even because there wasn't decaf). Not ordering the drink also seemed to annoy the barista because as I left the employees were talking about it. All in all, it was a disappointing visit.

The staff, the coffee, the pastries, the place! Everything was perfect. I am glad there wasn't any Starbucks near me otherwise I'd have missed this gem

Took my friend Connie there to celebrate for a belated birthday lunch. We had soup and sandwiches that were delicious. Then took four desserts to share at Bridge. Outstanding!

It’s a great place that offers a great atmosphere to talk with friends, read or take your wife out for a date. I’m a black coffee drinker and their roast is enjoyable.

This place is AMAZING!! They do pizza on Fridays and they always knock it out of the park! The flavor combinations are to die for, seriously. The veggie option today is my favorite! They’re amazing on any day but I especially recommend trying their pizza on Fridays! YUMMM!!

This place truly has some of the best food I've ever had and for a spectacular price as well. My office frequently gets these as a treat and they really make life worth living.

EDIT: Thank you to the staff for your response and the refund, I super appreciate it!! I'll be back for pastries :D I've been coming here on and off for about a year now for the occasional latte and pastry treat. Their pastries are AWESOME, as is their croissant breakfast sandwich. The atmosphere is pretty cozy, which is great because on busy days the wait can be about 20ish minutes. But... there have been a handful of times where the lattes or matchas I've received have been inconsistent or weird, and in today's case, downright bad. I ordered a medium Bee Sting (often my favorite from here!) and a medium matcha. The Bee Sting was half full and tasted just of espresso, and the matcha was terrible, watery, and unsweetened. My boyfriend and I were unable to go back to ask for new drinks, as we were both already at work, and ended up just throwing the them away. Maybe they just had someone inexperienced barista-ing due to a rush or something, but it had me seriously wishing I had gone to True Brew nearby instead. I don't think I'll be coming back for coffee here for a while :(

Electric City Coffee’s croissants, sandwiches, and pain au chocolat are the best ever, hands down. I’ve traveled throughout Europe, and nothing in France or elsewhere can beat the flavor and quality of their baked goods. We met the owners, who are wonderful, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Great service, terrific food. Highly recommended!!

Stopped in for an iced caramel coffee and pastries. All were delicious! And you know those jokes about how when you order an iced coffee it might be good or it might be a watered down mess? This one was PERFECT and so delicious!
