Very polite staff, but if you get anything iced they serve extremely watered down coffee. Once I thought I was given iced tea by accident. Stick with regular black coffee and espresso if you want it to taste anything like coffee.
Great place. Always enjoyed coming here. Friendly staff and good drinks. Couldn't taste the coffee in most of them. I considered that a good thing.
I went into the drive through bought a coffee and tipped so that the total came out around 6 dollars on my receipt. But for some odd reason 8 dollars left my bank account from that purchase

Love the mango charger! Get it made with the smoothie base! The staff is always super friendly, they love my dogs and are always quick to offer them "pup cups"!
Just repaired their door. Nice friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere where the public seem to sit and visit with others.

Employees are not treated fairly and do not get breaks or lunches. Very hard to keep a manager around (we went through 4 in the year and a half I was working there). Overall not a clean place to work. Pay is capped at $16/hr no matter what. I now work at a small local dispensary that pays much better. An industry where the state is taking 20% of every sale is able to pay better than this ever-expanding corporation… seems strange to me.

My wife and I went into the new store on 10th Ave South and 9th Street South. The handicapped door doesn’t work which is a problem I can handle. It’s 9 degrees outside and 53 degrees inside the store and nobody knows how to turn it on! The fireplace doesn’t work and the floor inside the the store was filthy. The food was good, but we left because it was so dirty!

While visiting City Brew's drive thru, the barista sounded to be new and not really understanding what I wanted. When getting to the window another barista stepped in to help get the drink I wanted. With all the confusion she ended up giving my drink for free and was very apologetic about the situation. Coffee was great and I will be returning!
Took a very long time and what I got wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Garbage. Don’t bother. Just go to Starbucks, they at least know how to make a simple cup of coffee

This place has gone nothing but downhill for the last year. We literally just went through the drive-through for the first time in six months because of previous bad service and the guy on the intercom took our order very professionally. He seemed like he knew what he was doing so we were excited and thought maybe it had turned around. However, not even 30 seconds later when we pulled up to the window, a girl stuck most of her body out of the window at us awkwardly, asked us what our order was because the guy didn’t write it down. This was 30 seconds ago by someone that seemed like they knew what they were doing so something was very off here and we felt like our order definitely would not be right, so we said we would go elsewhere and moved on. Our last time there unfortunately.
Friendly staff, I particularly like this location it's always in and out not much of a wait. An again the staff combined with good coffee flavors makes this place my #1 coffee stop.
Really good coffee place, I take my wife to this place on the regular. Staff always friendly and that camp fire mocha with whip is fire. If you go to this place more than once sign up for the reward points. Trust me it's worth it, we went through last week and got a free coffee. Don't believe me, try it out and see what happens.
City Brew Coffee is my husband and I’s FAVORITE coffee shop in Great Falls! My morning was made by the kindest, radiant, most considerate barista, Mollie. She effortlessly treated me to the most delicious lattes. I am an early bird and it’s nice to walk in and be greeted by other early birds. If you want a positive start to your day, stop in at City Brew!
As always city brewers amazing I love their coffee and I also love their staff.
Cute shop that combines a coffee shop and soda shop. I am would definitely see a place like this going to Utah!
