This place was great!!! One of the most memorable meals my wife and I have ever had. Seriously, the ribeye I had was pure perfection. Our daughters chicken fried steak was bigger than the plate and please, don’t leave without visiting the salad bar!!! 10/10

Stopped in for breakfast when staying in Ekalaka. Great people, fantastic food, reasonable prices. It doesn't get any more real than places like this. Every town should have one!

Too good and friendly to get a picture....but I hope you get to experience some quality small town grub from this fine establishment! Super friendly, cozy & clean, defiantly a gem in the rough!

We have eaten here for years, first when Lou ran it and now when her niece Trish runs it. The food is always great! We travel all over rural America for work and this is one of the best cafes anywhere for tasty, home cooked food.

Feels like being in the "Twilight Zone". The mushroom Swiss cheese burger was very delicious! All the tables were filled and everyone knew each other. Order your food, go to the dinosaur museum and your food will be ready when you return.

Our burgers were tasty. No wait to get seated. Waffle fries and cheese curds were good too.

This is a prime example of a quintessentially perfect “western diner”. I’ve a hard time seeing somewhere this inland as geographically west, but “West” is an attitude more than anything. Neat, without trying too hard. Clean, without being clinical. Western Themed, without being a cliché. Dated, without being tired. Food is exquisite. Wanted Biscuits and Gravy, which were not clearly listed on the menu, was told “no problem, be 10 minutes~”. And was. Fluffy. Amazing gravy. Links were on point. Hashbrowns were superb enough, to make an Idahoan proud. Have come here repeatedly, and will again. Keep being awesome.

Outstanding food! And very reasonable prices if you are hungry and passing through you should definitely stop by. It has a little bit of a wait but... It will be WORTH IT! Cannot recommend enough.
