Super cool place. There was story in the local paper and I was excited to read there was actually a place in Montana that claimed to make good muffalerra sandwiches however not the case AT ALL! The bread was old and dry, there was almost no meat or cheese and all of the olive salad was piled in the center. Very poorly made! After ordering a half to go I got a couple miles down the road I discovered I got a quarter! I cannot recommend this place at all nor will probably return.

I had the avocado toast, and my wife had the breakfast sandwich. Bothe were excellent. Cute decorations. The coffee could be hotter and maybe a smile, but still 5 stars.

The namesake sandwich is absolutely incredible. This was the first time I’ve ever had a grilled muffuletta sandwich, but it was easily in the top five sandwiches I’ve ever had. For what it’s worth, my SO and I are the kind of people who would buy a jar of martini olives to just eat them, so this was probably more perfect for us than anyone. We also got milk tea and some Zapps chips, which are always great. I haven’t been to many restaurants in Dillon, but this place is most definitely special. The location is probably in the most walkable part of the town, but be warned that the whole area is currently undergoing a large construction project — it should be over soon though. Inside, the restaurant is as cozy as can be. I’d highly recommend anyone passing through to stop here. We ate the sandwiches before we could get a picture, but I did try to photograph the interior. [edit 2023] My original review remains true, however I have been let down by this restaurant more times than I can count. They are unfortunately closed all the time despite their listed hours, and they may very well decide to close hours early (while leaving the open sign up, of course) even if you call ahead to verify when they’ll be open. This is no longer a place in willing to risk the drive over from Bozeman to experience. On my last visit I had the displeasure of meeting one of the owner, whose lunch I was apparently interrupting by attempting to patronize the restaurant. If you happen to drive by and see them open, by all means go there and get some awesome food. Just don’t hold your breath that they will actually be open.

My son and I slipped through the door with five minutes left on their open hours today. The owners were so nice to us and let us order lunch and sit in the restaurant to eat it. We got a California roll bowl, a Cubano sandwich, a crepe and an avocado toast (we'd just finished lifting in a meet and were starving). Everything was delicious and we didn't get rushed out. I'm usually skeptical of places that offer an eclectic selection of food options -- can one place really do that many things well? The answer is yes, if the selection is eclectic because the chef has a wide range of interests vs trying to pander to too many types of palates. Highly recommend a stop here, both for your enjoyment and to support a hard working small business owner.

We were on the road just going through Dillon and thought we'd take a look. The daily menu was striking with items that were Italian, Cuban, Korean, Thai... We had to get the Korean burrito and the peanut chicken salad, and the chef has the Asian flavor profile for these things down. Being Asian, I rarely run into this kind of understanding in the Mountain states. But the pork in the burrito was super tender and had the right sweet, tangy, salty, ginger, and onion for any good Asian braise. The noodle sauce had sesame oil hints, the right balance of flavors for Thai or even my peanut noodles, but the fresh salad greens and vegetables were amazing with it. So good. The huge slabs of tender chicken breast were a bonus. I'm so glad this place and this chef exist.

We recently moved to Dillon, and eat here a couple times a week. We love everything about it. Great food, great coffee, great atmosphere! We're working our way through the menu and have loved everything we've tried so far! We only wish they were open a little earlier.
