The Nova Café

Heard good things about this place and was highly disappointed. Wasn’t that busy and took 20 minutes to get a simple latte. 30 minutes after ordering food and getting no update, we decided that we will pay for our drinks and leave, as we had zero attention from server. As we are walking out she said it would be 15 more minutes, no restaurant should have 45 minute ticket times, especially when you’re not busy. The waitress then proceeded to just be rude like it was our fault. Sad to see a place with good food have horrible customer service. We proceeded to Rocking R Bar across the street and had a full table of food in 10 minutes with great customer service. Choose wisely

waited over 45 minutes for our food for a party of 4 that ordered breakfast and 20 minutes for a latte. lots of staff but no food being ran. wasted over and hour and not once did our server check on us. We decided to leave and left money on the table for our drinks. The waitress was rude to us as we were leaving. This place is terrible!!

Excellent breakfast stop! Large menu with a dedicated vegan section. The tofu eggs may not look like anything special but they were fantastic! They have classics as well as more out there breakfast takes. Great service, the team is a well oiled machine that’s for sure.

HANDS DOWN Best service, Best menu, Best DT Bozeman brunch spot!! Importantly: Quick to get my coffee, and thrilled with the adorable art / general great vibe. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating of my (dairy) allergy. The Huevos Rancheros were delicious and came out super fast, and my coffee cup stayed full. I love that you can hear yourself/your table-mates speak at Nova, even when the place is full. Highly recommend their coffee/pastry bar as well, if you're in a hurry or want a lil' something sweet. Definitely coming back every time I'm in Boze!

Incredible good food. Wait time isn't too bad, and the coffee is great. There is a lot of paintings on the wall that are beautiful. Albeit pricey but it's a local artists work. Great place for brunch!

The food wasn't memorable I took one bite out of my omelette and it was amazing two or three bites later and then I got tired. The potato wedges had too much seasoning and salt on them. I did enjoy the sourdough bread. I'm pretty sure my omelet was undercooked because after eating it I immediately felt sick to my stomach as well as my partner who had the eggs as well.

Big Boy Breakfast Burritos here. I came to Nova Café on a Sunday around 11 and was luckily seated immediately. I was served quickly as well and ordered a Honey Lavender Latte and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. And it was fantastic! I love anything lavender, and that latte was exactly what I was expecting. I did end up taking most of my burrito to go as I had to get on the road sooner than expected but it heated up nicely the next day and wasn't soggy or anything. Definitely will be back if I am in the area again.

We came in here a few mins before they were closing and let me just say from start to finish everything from the customer service to the food is great! This is the BEST biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had in my life the biscuits literally melt in your mouth and the gravy is seasoned so well just full of flavor! They were out of the fresh squeezed OJ but I feel like it would have been the cherry on top! I will be back thank you to our server Monica as well for being so welcoming from the moment we walked in thru and thru! Thank you.

Inexpensive, delicious, and thr best service in Bozeman.

I would eat here every week if I lived in Bozeman…it’s that good! The biscuits and gravy was hands down the best I’ve ever had. And the hashbrown potatoes were perfectly seasoned.

Pretty limited menu, our server did a good job. I recommend asking for a booth, the chairs are very uncomfortable. The hash browns would have been good but were under cooked. The sausage gravy is very strongly seasoned with sage, too much I thought. Biscuits were very good & the eggs perfectly cooked.

I liked that they had a vegan options! I had the Vegan Burrito. Food was good but staff wasn't super friendly. Didn't really feel "welcomed". Oh and there was some amazing Strawberry Jam on the table! That was tasty!

The server was very nice but the food was not good which was surprising! It used to be so yummy! Pancake was raw, forgot part of the order, and what we had was sub par. I was bummed!

Great breakfast place in Bozeman! Wonderful, huge portions. I had the Huevos Rancheros and my significant other had the Deuce (eggs and pancakes). The pancakes were so good and fluffy. Great cafe to go to!

I come here cause they have vegan Belgian waffle, I always get it to go as I'm not a restaurant person, the service is sometimes good, sometimes bad, it's usually good when theirs a new person doing it for the first time, but you can tell when someone's been there for a while cause they have that "im a edgy college kid" vibe, and their usual customer is the suburban dad who drives SUV, but I guess that's what I get for eating in downtown bozeman, would be 5 stars easy if the people doing to go orders were better mannered, they lucky I had somewhere else to be cause I normally make a huge scene when people put my stuff on the table: money/cards. It's rude and if I hand it to you, I deserve to have it handed back, or else ima back hand you

They got rid of the Benedict's on their menu. Have her food is still pretty good. 3/5/2023 update - no more Benedict's. Downgrading my review. Sorry

My favorite breakfast spot in Bozeman! The vegan selection is spot on with a plethora of options that have always left me satisfied, something hard to find in a breakfast place especially in MT. Their chai tea is pretty good as well.
