Finally, a Montana brewer who truly understands German/Czech style Pils Bier. Excellent food, too, and a shout out for the Brett Table Bier.

Great food, great beer, great atmosphere! One of my new favorites of Bozeman. Definitely check this one out if you haven't already!

We wanted to check out a brewery and picked this since it was about lunchtime and also wanted coffee and food. We were blown away by the marketing, merch designs, logos and environment of this place just stepping inside. It kept getting better starting with our barista making us amazing espresso drinks! We started with a beer flight and made our way through the whole beer menu. The beer was cold, SO pure and clean and had amazing flavors! Each beer was fantastic and had its own personality. We ordered food from the seasonal menu resourced form local and Mt places (we LOVED that!). We knew we’d have great food, but each dish was plated BEAUTIFULLY and tasted like a find dining experience. We did not expect this place to be the ultimate coffee, brews and dining experience. We were VERY impressed and can’t wait to travel back. The well though out touches were noticed and appreciated. Keep crushing it!

I’ve tried almost every beer currently on the menu, and they’re all exceptional. Shred Monk specializes in highly flavorful beers with lower ABV (though their higher ABV porters and stout are delicious as well). Highly recommend!

Read about this in a magazine today and had to come try. Here from out of town and for one, the staff is just delightful. Had the east coast IPA and the fish sammie and give big thumbs up to both. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in town!

Must stop by to experience this place. Went in to try some new brews and came out with a full flavor experience. Try the flight of beers because each is carefully crafted and the food is something you won’t find anywhere else.

Delicious less alcohol beer (drink the Dark Mild Ale while they still have it!) and super Smash Burger, what's not to like? Loved their in-house S & V chips, the delicious dessert Monk balls (sweetened ricotta with fermented honey that taste l like funnel cakes), the spicy pepper mash on the smoked pork s/w and the crunchy tasty slaw on the chunky not over ground beefy Smash Burger. The college is out so it was not crowded-good spacing on their tables, truly relaxing mid-week supper. We'll be back on another Wednesday!

The milkshake is the best milkshake I’ve ever had in my life. Also try the monk balls!

We've been here twice and both experiences were exceptional. Food is innovative, interesting, and delicious. Really appreciate the lower abv beers (which are also delicious). We hope you're here to stay!

The weirdest experience ever -- in a super positive way. They brew their menu here, which are hands down great, and often present interesting twists to classic brews. The food menu is unusual and creative, not your classic beer+burger combo, which might be intimidating to some. And they are a coffee house as well. So, when you have nothing to do on a snowy Friday morning, stop by and have fun, you won't regret. Cheers.

Cool place!! Our beertender was knowledgeable and answered our many questions as we were on vacation. Food was good. They do limit the menu as the kitchen is small. So you might not be in the mood for what's on that night but have a brew before ya go. Excellent beer!!
