The entire staff here is great, but I specifically wanted to mention Chloe. She is always friendly, and went out of her way to help me today. I appreciate how human everyone here is.
I love city brew. I come everyday and I always get greater with a smile. The service is great and quick.
I really like city brew, their orange creamer chargers are lovely, as is the cold brew coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that some of the drinks are rather expensive. The cold brew at almost $5 hurts a little bit, especially when local options like wild Joe's or the Daily are cheaper and a little better.
The ambience isn't chic but the coffee is hot and the refills are free and the service is excellent. Great place to work and get work done
Not great, sorry to say. Seemed somewhat chaotic behind the counter. They're pumping out orders, but not with quality goods or service. My tall latte was just a half cup of coffee + half cup of milk, just warm. Wrong! I ordered 2 goodies, but only got one. I was already driving away, so I took it as a loss. Not going back. If all you want is a cup of java, should be fine. If you want to treat yourself, probably try a locally owned joint or Starbucks down the street.
My first time in to City Brew today and I was met at the drive though with Joss. She was incredibly rude and because I didn’t know the terminology (first time customer) she was extremely rude when I called it a “medium” and started laughing. She also got irritated with me when I wanted to add vanilla to my iced coffee. Very disappointed and will not be returning. 😕
I think during the mid morning rush my barista forgot to put everything in my pumpkin cold brew that usually makes it good lol Thankfully the cashier, Jazzy, was kind enough to have another drink made for me! I am very thankful for her customer service! The second drink came out perfect and exactly what I wanted.
Good coffee but, apparently the baristas will give themselves a healthy tip off your card. Be aware, 2nd time now and i had left a cash tip..
Super rude this am - speaking rudely about customer. I’m local - do better.

This was the perfect place to work remotely at. The coffee and food was very yummy. Reminds me of starbucks in a way. The wifi was fast and I love the little booths with the dividers😁 oh! & the baristas were very nice!
I love their range of drinks that they offer. My husband doesn't like coffee, but he can always find something else that he likes.
Lines are long. Orders are rarely done correctly. I ask for oat milk and get regular milk. I would prefer to give this place my business over Starbucks however, my orders have been wrong so many times I refuse to try anymore.
Not much on the chai selection, and they appeared to under-buy the bakery stuff on the day I was there. Parking and access are decent, but it’s not a big deal because the drive through lane is long and seems efficient. I didn’t like that the baristas are hidden behind two tall machines on the counter.
Sorry to say this is some of the most disappointing coffee I have gotten from a local shop. I refuse to go to Starbucks so I seek out local alternatives but the coffee is extremely watered down. I hope this review finds the owners and this can be corrected immediately because I want this business to succeed

I used to spend an inordinate amount of time within your walls and I enjoyed that time especially under the leadership of ken but ever since this place switched machines and the quality of the coffee drastically fell off i am routinely disappointed by the quality of service and coffee. I may stop in only for a glass of water when I’m getting my boots cleaned at redwing next door.
LOVE that this place has dividers for the individual seating. Makes for a very personal, secluded place to enjoy some coffee and have a little you time or an intimate conversation with a friend. Coffee is good and the food is tasty. Just wish they had the plant-based breakfast sandwich they advertise ever! Can't seem to get my hands on that scrumptious little guy.
Great coffee and stuffed croissants! Customer service is outstanding! And of course, best place for Pup Cup!!
