Good donuts, had to order twice. I'm not sure what happened, but it was an odd experience. Staff barely knew how to take an order and was very confused. A coffee a dozen donuts and a couple random ones.
Was not there and never plan to go there
Does not honor promos, does not have any cinnamon roll doughnuts like the company was promoting, and the staff does not care which I’m sure is coming from the owner.

Only the drive through was open. Really lost the Krispy Kreme experience. And they lost sales. Too bad. I only got a couple of donuts and would have bought more inside.
Imagine paying 11.99 for 6 doughnuts and this is what you get. It isn't the first time and I had hoped it was a fluke. These are just silly.
Keep getting Emails from Krispy Kreme. Got an email saying that they have a New Cookie Blast Collection. Just went to order them but the Billings store only has an oreo one!! Please stop sending emails for products you don't have!! They Do this Alot!!!
Still my favorite doughnuts but I do miss when they gave them to you warm 😭
I asked for 2 jelly filled...maybe there was 1/4 teaspoon in it. When you want a jelly doughnut you eould like some jelly please!
I figured out why twice I've gotten day old donuts....it's because they take the leftovers from the night before and freeze them and sell them the next day at full price. Not to mention that they are always out of sugar donuts by mid morning. Also, I've ordered online and when I get to the store they tell me that they're out of a particular kind that the website LET me order. How annoying and disappointing. Done with this place....... So decided to give this place another chance....wow. I ordered online at 6am....by the time I picked them up at 6:45 am the guy rudely told me they were out of blueberry sour creme so he just took it upon himself to put another kind in without asking me. The reason I went there was for the blueberry. NEVER AGAIN😡 Also....$2.49 for ONE donut? It's a DONUT, NOT A WEDDING CAKE. I bet they end up pricing themselves right out of business. And out of sugar donuts 8 minutes after they open? No, they just didn't make any even though they are on the menu.
Donuts are awesome. That's it. Everything else is average or below average. Dining room still closed. Whatever.
The ppl are so nice here it makes me sad that the doughnuts were so poorly made.
I'm diabetic, so when I'm bad, it has to be worth the carbs. Krispy Kreme definitely is! Unfortunately a 10 hour drive.

I have purchased donuts from his location 40-50 times. Always a couple at a time in separate bags as treat for my elderly parents. Today at the window the attendant told me there would be a $1 up charge for the additional bag!!!!! Yesterday there was no up-charge! Never ever before charged a dollar for a separate bag! Asked when this started and the attendant said she always applies the up-charge for an additional bag. Certainly did not appreciate the attitude either from this attendant. Seems like a shakedown by this attendant to paid the tip jar. Too bad….the donuts are good. Management needs to investigate…….I will buy donuts elsewhere going forward.
Ugh, this location. It’s the only one in Billings, which is why it gets 3 stars, I love Krispy Kreme, but my goodness this location is not the best. Whenever I order a drink it’s only right maybe 1/3 of the time, so I have stopped ordering drinks entirely. They almost never have the new speciality doughnuts that I specifically go there for. They often don’t have the regular doughnuts I want either! They have let me place an order through the app with doughnuts they don’t currently have, so then I just have to deal with a bunch of replacements, when I probably would have not placed the order if I had known I wouldn’t get half of the kinds I wanted. The lobby is permanently closed at this point, which I don’t love, but it’s definitely not the worst part of this location. I will say every once in awhile the service is great and they have what I want and as I said I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, so it’s not all bad, but this location could be so much better.
There are just not enough words to say how much i love this place. The people are just wonderful. Always greeting you with a great attitude. Oh and the coffee and donuts are great too. The donuts just melt in your mouth.
Donuts are good, but they're too cheap to staff this location with enough help to open the dining room. This location is a drive through only. That's a problem for those of us pulling trailers.
Went to make online order, didn’t have much options. called store to ask why the plain wasn’t available and I guess they took it down as there is not many left?! They have a promotion going so maybe they should have made WAY MORE! I’m in bismarck North Dakota and don’t get donuts often. Now I’m stuck with a variety pack of I decide even to waste the $ now. I asked if I could order via phone nope, I asked if they could do the promo for me and hold them nope…. It takes them about a hour ish to fill online order why can’t they just do it….ugh if you have a promotion make more
