Great place to hang out and chat with friends. I tried the kava and it was served with pineapple on the side to cut the bitterness. I like the plain, unsweetened kind. Also have tried the green tea cold. Very refreshing! Staff is very knowledgeable about kava n their different types of drinks if you have any questions.
Kava roots is so fun I love everyone’s energy I love going there and drinking their drinks because they’re so flavorful and yummy I love the super ultra mega Bussin. It is dragon fruit, lemonade, blended. Yummy!

Koan, the bartender, was so nice and informative! We also met Rachel, the manager, who is equally as great and welcoming. The atmosphere is (for lack of a better word) chill. It was fun to look around at the decorations on the wall and appreciate the artwork. Really relaxing and nice place with other patrons who are welcoming as well.
I tried going here but couldn't find it and I called them 3 times to help me with the address cause it is not in that strip on Broadwater. But they never answered any of my calls.

Went for the first time and the blue raspberry tea drink I had was great. Got some CBD drinks to go. It was nice to see the old pickle barrel spot in good hands!

I've never experienced a more welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A friend recommended this shop to me. I had to take a food break during my tattoo session and I had stopped by here first. I had no idea what I wanted but the lady working there helped me decide on a drink. It was perfect! I loved and I felt so much more relaxed. She even invited me to women's karaoke night. It's really a great place for amazing tea, community and almost a spiritual zen vibe. It is such a welcoming, warm and comfortable environment with the dim light and wood floors but it's also very fun, energetic and lively with the music, mural and colors. Would highly recommend checking it out. Owned by locals.
Had an excellent first time here at Kava Roots, enjoyed my first shot/cup of Kava and can say I will be returning sooner than later and more than once. Atmosphere is phenomenal!

Great place. Run by chill people, who employ chill people. It is just too fulla yuppies packed to the doors a few days a week. I never stay...but thier kratom keeps me comming in. The real deal. Quality AND quantity.
Kava Roots is THE best spot in Billings. No contest. Cozy and friendly, lots of variety for drink options, but the best thing here is the people. Lots of laughs and great conversation in the most welcoming and laid back atmosphere🤩
Great place amazing atmosphere the kava was good but the bar tender was better! Made you feel as if you were old friends!
