This is my favorite coffee shop to go to. It's made a million times better by barista Will. I'm always hoping Will is on shift when I go to Ebon, because Will is the type of person who knows your name and what you last talked about. Go to Ebon!!!
I have too much social anxiety for the entryway it shares with wise wonders and the gaggle of children that swirled around me while I was ordering and browsing Saturday morning. However, I imagine it would be a wonderful place to go on a slow weekday I need to try their waffles next time
Went for the first time last week. Even though there were kids at the play area the vibe was still nice over at Ebon Coffee side. Got a honey Cinnamon Latte with Oat Milk and a Brown Sugar Cold Brew with Oatmilk along with breakfast burritos. The best coffee so far in town.
Really, really good coffee, with great attention to choosing roasters and origins that went into making one of the most delicious and definitely non-generic tasting lattes I’ve had in a long time. I live in NYC and have the opportunity to go to a lot of very good coffee shops and after having a couple of cups here I can confidently say this would be a “go-to” shop if it were in my neighborhood. The owner is really invested in choosing quality beans and we had a lovely conversation about what he was brewing when I was there. If you like small coffee shops that put a personal touch and personal care into their drinks then this is a great place to go.
I had the espresso and milk latte and two slices of toast. Atmosphere was comfortable. Barista was nice. Oh… the prices were a lot better than I thought it would be too.
Best coffee downtown since craft local took over that coffee shop on Montana. Plus there are some beautiful plants to steal clippings from - not that I would do that I'm an upstanding citizen.
They have the best dinosaur cookies. The pea leaf tea was bomb!! Staffs very friendly. Chill place to hang out.
Such a cool spot, coffee was fantastic and staff were so kind.
Friendly staff, great recommendations, and great brownies. Came here because I needed wifi and to charge my phone, overall pretty neat place. Will come here again.
Will is the best barista and they have the most delicious coffee that is made with care.

Will is TOP NOTCH at his job!!! He has become one of my favorites to visit with while the kids are playing at Wise Wonders. The cappuccino and maple 🍁 🍂 latte are amazing!!!

At this very expensive, tiny shop, you can get an itty bitty chai tea for $5. There are no real places to sit since the entire place is a playground. Pro- the patio was nice.

Ally is downright the best barista in town. Gave an energetic run down of their entire menu so I had all my options then helped me find what I wanted! Whipped it up with a smile and my goodness it was delicious... She has the best way of making anyone feel welcomed and comfortable! Definitely making trips downtown just for her service and drinks!
Ebon is an amazing coffee shop in downstairs Billings, MT. Locally owned and operated. This coffee shop specializes in homemade and excellence! Come experience delicious!

Just moved to Billings and trying to find a good coffee spot, and Ebon is one of my favorites so far! Had a really nice time, and the staff members were super sweet:)
