Barista had no clue what she was doing
I love the coffee, and friendliness, but they are sooo slow.

Great cup of coffee. I had the pistachio coffee which the batista made hot, as I requested though it was typically a cold drink. It was excellent.
The gals this morning were a bit challenged with my order of earl grey tea with a splash of heavy whipping cream and 5 pumps of SF vanilla syrup. (Keto London Fog) The drink I got had half and half and no syrup at all. It was still a good cup of tea, though I was a bit disspointed not to get what I ordered. 🥺
Coffee is okay, food is okay, the staff are great

No flavor to my mocha latte. It tasted like warm milk. They kindly remade it. But it was no better.
Used to be good service, now it's slow. Even the coffee is not as good as it used to be.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I have had too many orders that have been made incorrectly at this location and I’m tired of paying for incorrect orders. The staff is kind and friendly which is why I’m giving this location a 2 star rating, but I will be driving out of my way to go to a different location or different coffee shop all together.
I told them what I wanted and then they tried to tell me I wanted something different and now my coffee tastes gross and I can't even drink it its so thick.
Usually it's a great experience coming here. Today was a different story. I saw sign saying that they are closing at 1pm daily because of staffing issues which I understand. The part I don't understand is why they shut down their machines like the blenders and the ovens 30 minutes before closing time when there is 30 minutes where they could've served customers. I won't be back until the hours are changed.
Insect maintenance desperately needed. I found a comfortable seat near a south facing window. Nice atmosphere except there must have been at least 20 flies buzzing around. I think they should invest in an electric flyswatter.
