I use their little shop in St. Vincent's hospital many times and they are friendly, their product is fresh and tasty and when in a time crunch I order online for a quick grab and go.
Great hamburgers
We went in this morning, and the girl up front had no idea what she was doing, which I figured it was her first day, which I get it. But all of our coffees came out completely wrong. I had to take my coffee back to the counter to get it corrected and they brought another, which was still wrong. Every time we have got coffee from there, something is always messed up. I won’t be returning.
The barista who took my order this morning was rude and training a new girl. They got my order wrong and fixed it but that barista if she doesn't like her job should go somewhere else and my drink sucked.
Okay BS, we love your food and coffee.... when our order is right. 9 out of 10 visits our order has been wrong. Maybe repeat back the order 🤷♀️. Today we got cream & drizzle with no coffee in our ice coffee. Say something, I'm giving up on you. 😔
Went inside to pick up an order I placed online, no one greeted me at all. After standing around for almost 10 minutes being ignored I decided to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. I then spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of me, my lunch that has now been ready for 40 minutes is probably cold and melted. I will never return. Worst customer service experience ever.
We got two 5g energy drinks along with the French toast sticks and waffle bites, to get our order it took over 20 minutes of us sitting in the drive through to get our order. The 5gs are made with sprite but the flavor had gone out so mine tasted like soda water and was gross. We went inside to get it re made and the girl at the drive through was complaining very loudly about us bringing the drink back in. 99% sure they just shook the drink and gave it back to us because it tasted the exact same. For a drink that costs $7 I would've hoped it was made correctly. The food in the bag had whipped cream all over it which we didn't even ask for but I couldn't put my hand in the bag without it getting all over my hands and I had to wipe everything off. This experience really put us off from going back.

The customer service each of these baristas give is different than any other we’ve experienced… Not only do they have the dedication & expertise to make the most delicious beverage for you.. Craving hot or cold, coffee or tea, a 5g energy drinks or a simple soda you can be confident that you will experience a little taste of heaven in your mouth!.. Blacksmith Coffee Company has become a standard morning ritual, in large part because of the unmatched customer service, the happy “hey there my friend, how are you” when the kiosk window opens even in -15° weather, ALWAYS, ALWAYS a highlight & jumpstart to our work day!.. Thank you.. Be prepared for an experience that can truly impact your coffee cravings & life as well.. You are all so appreciated!.. They deserve 10 ⭐️ stars ⭐️ not just 5….
The coffee is hot, just perfect. Very good barista at both places I went to so I would say that as a whole Blacksmith coffee shops are consistent with what a customer asked for! My coffee is made to my own recipe and she did it right.. Means a lot to me!! Go there and get you a real good cup of coffee!
Went for the burgers...one of the best burgers I have had in a long time!
Had coffee for breakfast, which was perfectly balanced between sweet and excellently roasted rich coffee flavor, had their Blazin' Saddle burger for lunch (added Boom Sauce) and was absolutely blown away. Easily the best burger I've had in Billings and one of the most delicious meals I've had in years. Fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned with a crisp outside and fluffy inside, onion rings are delightfully crunchy. House ranch was also crack and I cannot stress how good the Boom Sauce is

Hallelujah! A place I can get DoorDash delivery from that can make a great soy chai latte. The French toast sticks were delicious as well. Kudos! Billings needed you
We tried BlackSmith coffee for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. The lady at the kiosk was so nice and explained all the different drinks to us. When we ordered and tried our drinks, they were soooooo good! Awesome coffee flavor and we will definitely be back!!
Three stars, only because the staff was friendly. Sadly my drinks was lacking. I ordered an Iced Vanilla Chai, it was not completely mixed, and was very chunky and gritty. First time I have had to chew a liquid drink☹
