Went with a friend for coffee. The coffee was okay, nothing spectacular. The inside was nice. The employees, however, seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. Not a smile, not a hello, nothing. My friend received a "happy hour" discount on her coffee, but despite ordering the same thing I didn't. Also, the lack of response to the negative reviews on here is concerning. It seems to reflect a disregard for customer concerns, which isn't a very good business practice.

Staff is always cheerful and friendly. Even when busy, they hustle and help each other. I haven't had a single missed/wrong item even when they're understaffed/training! My go to morning routine!

I love this coffee place, it's a little slow but they make the best coffee so it's definitely worth the 3-5 minute wait. My favorite is a white chocolate caramel mocha with hazelnut.
I've been here a few times I order a Americana with a double shot. What I get is a cup of hot watered down milk.

The coffee here is pretty bad. Overpriced and the drinks are not made well. Americanos are not strong. Chai was used with powder and not mixed (dry chunks at the bottom). And we did go back several times to give it chance. Spending money elsewhere.

My friend and I ordered three drinks when we arrived at the window. Before we had finished stating our drinks Katie (the barista) started making the drinks, regardless of her knowing what modifications we wanted to them. We asked her for caramel sauce instead of the syrup, and oat milk in one of them and she immediately snapped at us and says “are there any other changes so I don’t have to keep remaking them for you guys?” After Katie made our drinks, we asked to pay separately and she was unhappy about that as well. She divided our totals for the two of us, and grabbed my friends card and charged her $7.00 for a 12oz caramel oat milk latte which is way over what it should’ve been. We came the day prior and it was $4 for the one drink. Then charges me without telling me my total, when I questioned her regarding my total she had charged to my card she was unsure and had to look. I’m very disappointed with her customer service, and will not be coming back.
Sat in line (1 other car) and waited over 20 minutes. Two cars on other side back out and left and we finally did the same. Staff was chatting with others and not working.

The worlds greatest people!… and coffee! I went there and realized I forgot my wallet. Right away the barista was willing to give me the drink for free, these are the kind of people the world needs! 5 stars from me!😊
Yummiest frappes and breakfast croissants ever! And good price to boot. However, I have been here dozens of times and very rarely is the staff friendly. The one girl who is especially not friendly was much nicer to me the one time I had my 17 y/o brother-in-law with me though 😆 so maybe it's just to girls lol
Went inside on a Sunday morning to grab a coffee. The stand itself only had a few cars in line and one other customer inside. Stood at the counter to place my order for close to 5 minutes while niether of the baristas said hello, or even acknowledged my presence. Left in frustration without anything. First time going, will not be going back due to the terrible service.
The girls there have the best smiles when I drive up to the window and have the greatest coffee! Oh and great food and snacks! Highly recommend❤️
