Called 7 times to make an order and they never picked up once. I usually call 20 minutes ahead so I can pickup before work but wasn’t possible with nobody answering the phone. Once I got there I heard the phone ring multiple times and it was ignored
My fiancé had a coffee that she really liked. We both had a bagel and they both were great.

I went in at 630 for 2 large coffees. They said they were running low and offered me americanos instead. That was fine but they were kinda weak. The blueberry lemon scone was good.
Such a cute place in small town. Nice selection of tasty bagels and cream cheese. Also had an Italian soda option, which is nice if you don’t want caffeine.
My daughter loved the play area. Didn’t get a chance to try any of the food, but the bagels looked good.

I am only giving this place a two star rating and not a one star rating because customer service and the environment was great. The coffee was horrible! Smelled burnt and tasted burnt. The only reason I can see that other people enjoy this coffee is because they add a lot of other stuff to it. I had an Americano and added honey to it and I could not handle the taste it was nasty.
I love this place. Coffee is always exceptional, staff are smiling and friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic
